Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff.
The dishes tasted good and the portions were adequate, except in some cases where they could be a little larger.
The quality is there, but given the average prices, there should be more attention and care for the customer.
The mixed raw ham in the appetizers was very good. For the quality/price ratio, I highly recommend it.
The pappardelle with Amata ragù, truffle, and a bed of oranges was delicate and interesting.
The French wine was good, while the tiramisu was more mascarpone than anything else (definitely good, huh!)
All in all, the restaurant gets a thumbs up!

We spent the weekend at this hotel and dined in the attached restaurant.
The atmosphere was very refined, the interior was beautiful; the staff was courteous and very knowledgeable.
The food was excellent, as was the very well-stocked wine list.
Highly recommended for the quality of the dishes and the flavors that make the cuisine truly excellent!

Spectacular place, beautifully renovated.
Probably the most beautiful establishment in Modena and its province.
I've personally only eaten at one of the two restaurants, the one on the ground floor.
Delicious food and an incredible selection of wines.
Not to be missed.
Salvatore, the head waiter, will welcome you with his usual kindness and professionalism.

5 stars because after several experiences in EXÉ whether it be the Spa, the Rooftop or the restaurant I found several things that they have in common, quality in the service and in the "product" offered, Premium or that you breathe a high level, you feel that their positioning is as an elite place within everyone's reach but elite. I have not found any defects at the moment
