A bistro owned by the Michelin-starred Alto, but you can't tell the difference. The atmosphere is elegant and well-maintained. The staff is young, helpful, and polite, but above all, not at all intrusive. Excellent food that showcases the local ingredients to the fullest, including a charcuterie list. It's an encyclopedia of wine; calling it a simple menu would be an understatement. We had lunch with our family, with two children, one 3 years old and one 6 months old. Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind, even to the kids... And as you can see from the attached photo... A good pass from the adult as well. Truly excellent food, highly recommended.

My partner and I went for dinner. Among our choices, we recommend the tuna. Among the first courses, we had tortellini with parmesan cream, stirred at the table—a true experience. Fast service, friendly waiters, generous portions, and a reasonable price for the food and location. We'll be back, perhaps for the pizza.

Without compromise, dining with quality and simplicity.
First time at the EXE restaurant, an unexpected surprise.
A few waiters in the dining room, but they keep us waiting for our orders (30 minutes is excessive).
The same goes for the wines... after ordering, we're still waiting to see the menu!
In my opinion, the dining room is a bit underwhelmed tonight.
The manager, extremely kind and attentive, did everything he could to make up for it. Well done!
Come on, let's have a drink... the
wine list is extensive and rich. We opt for the Sangiovese di Nicolucci Vigna del Generale.
Everything was really good, well-balanced, and tasty.
After satisfying our hunger and thirst, we moved on to dessert.

A lunch to remember being a year older. Beautiful, tasty dishes, rich in nuances thanks to clearly top-quality ingredients. Excellent raw ham, even without oil and salt. Veal brains are off-menu, followed by focaccia with mascarpone and crispy Mora Romagnola sausage, and a wonderful Rossini-style fillet. Eat slowly, savoring every bite. A dark chocolate mousse with orange zest makes you soar. And a complimentary three-chocolate dessert for a sweet-toothed customer celebrating her birthday. Service is beyond excellent: extremely kind, welcoming, and smiling staff who can only make you feel at ease. Prices are high, but who cares...thanks! 🙏

All together a very nice restaurant. We visited it, because we stayed at the hotel. Great service, great food and reasonable prices.

We recently had dinner at EXÉ Restaurant in Maranello, which is located inside the Executive Spa Hotel just a few minutes from the Ferrari Museum. It’s a stylish, modern space with sleek lines, soft lighting, and an atmosphere that clearly reflects the local Ferrari prestige — elegant, polished, and designed for a high-end dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt refined yet calm, with enough space between tables to feel comfortable and private, even with a stroller next to us.
The service was excellent. We were welcomed by a Spanish waiter who spoke perfect Italian and was both kind and professional throughout the evening. He immediately noticed that we were dining with a baby and helped us rearrange the seating to make space for the stroller, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout the meal he checked discreetly that everything was fine, making sure we felt relaxed. It’s rare to find such a genuine and attentive attitude in fine-dining restaurants, and it made a big difference.
We started with pasta, which was good — well-cooked, nicely seasoned, and attractively presented. However, it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. For the main course, we ordered the Bistecca Fiorentina, which we had really been looking forward to. Unfortunately, this was the low point of the evening. The portion was generous, but the flavor just didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the price of over €100. We’ve had better, more flavorful versions in simpler trattorias in the region. The wine was very good — smooth, elegant, and clearly well-selected — but with a substantial markup that reminded us of the luxury positioning of the restaurant.
Dining here with a baby was perfectly manageable. The space is airy and quiet enough that we never felt in the way, and the staff handled the situation with complete naturalness — no awkward looks, no rush, just calm professionalism. For parents traveling through the area, that sense of ease is priceless.
Overall, we’d give EXÉ Restaurant four stars. It’s one of the most luxurious dining options in the Maranello area, and the service truly stands out. However, you do need to be prepared to pay what I’d call the “Ferrari premium” — you’re paying as much for the setting and reputation as for the food itself. Worth visiting for the experience, especially if you value great service and elegant surroundings, but the dishes don’t quite justify the high prices.
Would we return? Possibly, for a special occasion — the atmosphere and staff make it a pleasant choice, even with a baby — but next time we’d skip the Fiorentina and explore other options on the menu.

Wonderful! Definitely one of the best fine dining experiences. Impeccable service. Especially sommelier Andrea, who, with a few simple tips, managed to surprise us with a wonderful bottle of wine that exceeded our wildest expectations. Thank you all so much, fantastic place and top-notch food.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff.
The dishes tasted good and the portions were adequate, except in some cases where they could be a little larger.
The quality is there, but given the average prices, there should be more attention and care for the customer.
The mixed raw ham in the appetizers was very good. For the quality/price ratio, I highly recommend it.
The pappardelle with Amata ragù, truffle, and a bed of oranges was delicate and interesting.
The French wine was good, while the tiramisu was more mascarpone than anything else (definitely good, huh!)
All in all, the restaurant gets a thumbs up!
