We ate some really delicious Neapolitan mussels, reasonable prices and a quiet atmosphere... I recommend it!

A lovely restaurant in the center of Spotorno, with a spacious dining area and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
The wine is good, and the seafood risotto is excellent, truly flavorful; I highly recommend it.
The service was prompt despite the restaurant being packed, and the attentive service was remarkable: we were unsure about which wine to pair, and the waitress let us taste two different wines before choosing, a gesture that was much appreciated.
The prices and portions were fair; we spent a total of €25 each.
I'll be happy to try other dishes when I return to Spotorno.

I should start by saying that, being a Saturday night, the restaurant was very crowded and the service was inevitably chaotic. The staff seemed understandably agitated, and the head waiter, in particular, was quite nervous. We received a plate of mussels that we requested without garlic but were served with garlic, and when we remarked, the response was inappropriate, especially considering our intolerance. "Look, if you eat this, you won't die..."
Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, but a little more attention and kindness would have made the evening much better. I believe this is essential for those who work in the restaurant industry: even at the cost of fewer seats, these are things that should never be missing.

Courteous staff, both in the dining room and at the counter. Food was good, and the place was fantastic.
First night, the restaurant menu was excellent; second night, the pizza was excellent. We'll be back.

I've been going there with my partner in the summer for over five years. For us, it used to be the best pizza (we try different pizzerias every 7-10 days), but tonight we noticed a clear difference: no longer excellent, but still good.
Has the pizza chef changed?
The service was so-so, always friendly, but there were several oversights, even during a lunch when it wasn't crowded.

Siamo entrati a caso per pranzo, quando siamo usciti ero senza parole. Un'accoglienza molto gentile e professionale, un pranzo a base di pesce veramente ottimo, una piacevolissima location e un personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo tornati per cena, nonostante ci fosse tanta gente, siamo stati serviti a tempo di record! Pizza e piatti a base di pesce eccellenti...per non parlare dei dolci. Una nota di merito: gli animali sono ammessi e per questo ringrazio molto, hanno portato persino una ciotola d'acqua per il nostro cagnolino, senza che la chiedessimo. Grazie e arrivederci a presto.

Vengo spesso al Ristorante Excalibur e ogni volta è una conferma!
La cucina è sempre buona, il servizio veloce e i prezzi sono nella media.
Un ottimo compromesso per trascorrere una serata in compagnia, mangiando bene a Spotorno. Consigliato!
