I am happy to share my experience for this restaurant! It is a real gem in the center of the village and offers excellent and authentic cuisine. The menu is varied and offers a selection of traditional Sardinian and Italian dishes. The staff of the restaurant is made up of young boys and girls who are very friendly and helpful. They were able to advise me on the dishes and answer my questions with enthusiasm and competence. The owner, Carlo, is a true enthusiast of food and hospitality. You can immediately notice his attention to detail and his passion for cooking. It was a pleasure to talk to him and learn about the history of the restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and familiar. The design is modern and clean, and the background music is pleasant and not too loud. If you are in Teulada and are looking for a place to eat well and in a welcoming atmosphere, I recommend you try Ex Centrale. The quality-price ratio is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Thanks to Carlo and the staff for the hospitality and for making me feel at home.

I ended up in Teulada for work, it was late so I chose this restaurant to eat something, I found the atmosphere great, the service excellent and the food good, fresh and well cooked. Thank you

We stayed here one night and looking at the reviews we tried this place. Very well-kept and beautiful, kind and helpful staff and truly delicious cuisine. The best Maloreddus I've ever eaten!!! Absolutely to try!!!

Bravi e veloci nonostante il personale è al minimo. Cibo di qualità e rispetto del territorio. Ovviamente ci sono i margini di miglioramento, ma ritorneremo a verificare.
