Advised. Overall, the lunch was very pleasant, despite the constant presence of sweet notes in each course. Let's start with the veal, an excellent combination with the sour plum sauce, overall a good dish. XXL Orecchiette, remarkable; we would have preferred less cacioricotta which overpowered the flavor of the pistachio. The highlight, in terms of flavor and plating, are the bowler hats. If a special mention goes to the coffee flavored mayonnaise, we cannot say the same about the desserts, among the few to choose from, we expected a worthy conclusion. We thank the staff and the chefs for having committed themselves to winning us back despite some vicissitudes that would also have compromised our experience.

I have rarely found perfection in a restaurant. Today in the Evo restaurant I experienced this wonderful sensation, starting from the table service and ending with the exquisite dishes!

Fantastic experience, both in terms of food and service. The few seats available mean that you can have a unique, almost "personal" service as the chef and owner accompanied us and explained the various courses step by step. Be careful of various allergies/intolerances with highly trained dining room staff. We had the opportunity to taste several typical oils of the area and to "visit" the cellar itself.
