We were looking for a place to have a quick lunch on a Monday and, encouraged by the positive reviews, we can only confirm them.
We immediately felt at ease and, having ordered two plates of pasta with truffles (with a side of chicory), we appreciated the impeccable preparation.
Adequately generous portions, more than friendly service, a reassuring, positive atmosphere and, above all, far from restaurants aimed at a "tourist" clientele. Honest prices.
The rush prevented us from evaluating the dessert proposals.

Off the beaten path, you must try this quaint, authentic little Roman ristorante. First courses were unique and tasty. Pasta dishes, mine homemade pasta, were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Along with dessert, molto bene! Do not skip the Chianti. Evo Hosteria was a memorable experience for our first visit to Rome.

I don't really understand why it takes more than 30 minutes to have a simple pasta dish when there is no one in the restaurant. But hey, it was good - even if a little too much pepper/egg for my taste.

Small restaurant in the streets of Trastevere, very welcoming and small enough, where it is advisable to book to secure a place (in fact it was 8.15pm as we were leaving dinner and we heard that there was no availability for 3 people present). Nice environment, essential and well furnished, quiet enough to be able to talk in peace, in fact it is not in the chaotic part of the area. We really appreciated the really crunchy bread that arrived lukewarm, as well as the fantastic first courses: pasta cooked just right with really crunchy pieces of bacon. Courteous staff.

Un posto in una zona tranquilla.
Allora tutto quello che si puo avere per essere soddisfatti da una cucina doc.
Un menu che mette in risalto tutto quello che può essere top negli antipasti,nei primi, nei secondi e nel dessert.
Abbiamo scelto diverse soluzioni. Tutto impeccabile. Nota di merito per le Pappardelle,estasi e rischio di dipendenza.
Maialino con crosta di pistacchio,tutto ciò che si può ricevere da una carne gustosa e cotta con pregevole attenzione.
Il dessert al cioccolato con marmellata ai frutti di bosco.
Un servizio professionale e garbatezza esemplari.
Trastevere ha il suo gioiello culinario. Roma il suo inno alla gioia!
