Pleasant and tasty discovery for lunch today. Small restaurant not crowded away from the tourist flow but definitely worth a visit. Typical dishes of the Roman tradition, and also reworked. Everything excellent, with special mention for the lamb: extraordinary, the best I've ever eaten; the reduction that accompanied it was exquisite. The girl who served us was very kind. We will definitely come back to visit you!

The place is small and informal, far from tourists. The menu selection is small but well-stocked, including a section of dishes of the day. The food is definitely good and the portions are right; the only flaw is the price is a little higher than average but for the quality it's fine

We were looking for a place to have a quick lunch on a Monday and, encouraged by the positive reviews, we can only confirm them.
We immediately felt at ease and, having ordered two plates of pasta with truffles (with a side of chicory), we appreciated the impeccable preparation.
Adequately generous portions, more than friendly service, a reassuring, positive atmosphere and, above all, far from restaurants aimed at a "tourist" clientele. Honest prices.
The rush prevented us from evaluating the dessert proposals.

Off the beaten path, you must try this quaint, authentic little Roman ristorante. First courses were unique and tasty. Pasta dishes, mine homemade pasta, were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Along with dessert, molto bene! Do not skip the Chianti. Evo Hosteria was a memorable experience for our first visit to Rome.

I don't really understand why it takes more than 30 minutes to have a simple pasta dish when there is no one in the restaurant. But hey, it was good - even if a little too much pepper/egg for my taste.

Maten var vällagad och mycket god. Bra service och maten tog inte lång tid. Personalen var super trevlig och gav många bra tips i Rom.

Trovato grazie alle ottime recensioni, si è rivelato una vera chicca. Ottimo l' uovo al tartufo e il petto d' anatra. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare
