Fast service and friendly staff, the place needs a bit of a makeover, it's not clear what the furnishing line is.
Food is ok, prices are obviously high for the type of meat they offer.

Very good food!
I especially recommend the wagyulem beef (kobe method) and the hazelnut tart with blackcurrant and raspberry jam, which is truly spectacular (crispy but not at all dry).
The price is medium/high, but for the quality and rarity of the meat it is adequate (exotic meats such as kangaroo and ostrich are also found). Furthermore, using The Fork gives you excellent discounts.

The restaurant, decorated in an ethnic style, is charming and original, but I had a hard time immediately understanding its flavor.
The service is basic and very informal.
I ordered a second serving of tartare as an appetizer, which was truly generous, perhaps better shared between two or as a main course.
The zebra fillet, which I enjoyed, was served medium rare with a salt plate to warm it up or continue cooking. Since I don't like overcooked meat, I avoided reheating it.
I appreciated the opportunity to sample different meats, but overall, the experience didn't convince me.
At the register, I learned that you can get discounts by booking with The Fork. This is probably the best way to experience this restaurant, which is otherwise a bit pricey for the experience it offers.
