28/06/2025: When professionalism and passion for one's work are the main ingredients, the result is exceptional! Discovered by chance, on my way back to Catania, this bar perhaps a little too hidden for a tourist, was a pleasant surprise. We had two granitas with two brioches. I am very picky about food, I admit, and when sugar becomes the main ingredient of a granita, it's not really to my liking! Instead, already at the first spoonful I felt an explosion of flavor, pure almond! EXTRA O R D I N A R Y!! Even the mulberry flavor, a concentration of color and flavor! In short, when the level is so high, a positive review is truly deserved. Thanks also to the courtesy and smile of the employees, but also of the owner who deserves my applause. P. S. Last night we had a granita, same flavors, in perhaps the most famous bar in the surrounding area, and honestly there was no contest, today's was a landslide winner 😋 Well done! Keep it up!!! Good work.
