Estravagario In Bologna

Nice vegan cafe/restaurant with cakes, brunch (Sat), and a lunch menu to mix and match. The staff is very friendly and explains the dishes in English... Our dog was also welcome :-)

The food is very good, the person very nice and the place supporting beautiful causes ❤ Loved it !

The second rare vegan restaurant of the city and here also there is plenty of choices. I took their 3 salsas (hummus, onions, cashew) which was very good with croutons. Then the pasta with seitan and tofu. Unfortunately there was not much seitan in the plate and I think it was too salty or maybe that was the seitan or tofu itself that was too salty.

Very nice place! You walk in and are surrounded by an anti-speciesist atmosphere, and it's worth highlighting! I ate well, the prices were quite reasonable! Some textures need to be improved, like the falafel, which were a bit crumbly... but they were good! I tried the Jerusalem artichoke for the first time and I fell in love with it, so thank you 🫶🏻

What a wonderful place! The food is delicious and the service is incredibly fast. The atmosphere is unique. I'll be back again and again :)

The appetizer was delicious, while the second courses (tempeh and seitan) were quite salty. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, definitely recommended.

Locale molto carino, curato nei particolari. Gradevole al cuore, alla mente e al palato. Cibo prodotto con materie prime locali, per lo più auto-rielaborate per confezionare proposte menù che rivisitano in chiave vegan e bio i più classici della tradizione (dalla lasagna alla crema catalana). Tutto molto buono... esperienza davvero gradevole, arricchita dall' estrema disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Unica nota stonata il fatto che l' apertura serale è solo dal giovedì al sabato. Essendo un locale che offre non solo una esperienza di gusto ma anche culturale, spesso il venerdì organizzano serate a tema, per sottolineare appunto l' approccio globale ad una nuova modalità di vivere cambiamento ed impegno...con scelte di vita concrete (alimentari) ma anche ideali e di pensiero: il risultato finale però porta a ridurre le serate occupabili da fruitori non fidelizzati... Perché non si vuole portare via un posto a chi frequenta il locale anche come FUCINA di pensiero oltre che CUCINA di squisitezze. Grazie... brave ..continuate così...ma lavorate sulla possibilità di ampliare l'offerta anche a cena

Tappa fissa a bologna, cucina sana e soprattutto molto buona. I dolci sono il Sulcis in fundo. Prezzi popolari. Gentilezza e sorrisi. Abbasso Cracco, viva la cucina sostenibile, equa e semplice! Grazie per il vostro impegno e per la vostra importante goccia per costruire un mondo migliore!
