Estia is one of those places that stays in your heart (and on your palate)! The culinary experience was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. We started with truly spectacular fried anchovies: crispy, golden, dry... simply perfect! The tagliolini with gorgonzola cream, artichokes, pesto, and shrimp were a true revelation: creamy, balanced, and bursting with flavor. The pasta is homemade... exceptional! The fried fish confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: fresh fish, lightly breaded, impeccable crunchiness. To finish on a sweet note, the crème brûlée and mafalda were delicious, with a perfect balance of texture and flavor. My only regret? Not taking a single photo... but hunger got the better of me! A restaurant that truly deserves more than one visit!

I highly recommend this restaurant, where I enjoyed a seafood dinner with friends from Bologna. My wife, Antonietta, and I will definitely return. However, I would like to compliment the chef and the waiter—who was impeccable—for their service.
