Estia Ristorante In Corigliano d'otranto

Excellent starters and wine. Very good fresh pasta first courses. Beautiful internal courtyard. But we felt like we were annoying the waiter for asking questions and taking a while to choose.

Simple restaurant in an ancient building. The food was of good taste with refined combinations and the right, almost generous portions. A more than good value for money. The wine list is very varied and well-stocked. The service was good, present but discreet. Last but not least, the toilet was another pleasant surprise, clean and equipped with everything necessary where instead of the usual paper towels, I found "guest" towels, a sign of distinction and elegance. Highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful, in a town that is still real and not demolished by mass tourism. The service was too pressing and not easy to handle. The food was good, although my portion of grilled fish wasn't worth the money.

Beautiful intimate and typical Salento location. Traditional dishes revisited with high quality raw materials and very attentive service. Excellent value for money.

The artichoke/gorgonzola pasta is to die for! I highly recommend!

Everything was very tasty, like home cooking (and generous portions!) but with a mild fine dining twist. The sagne were fantastic. Only minus for me was that the restaurant was empty (Monday lunch in a heatwave) and we were seated directly in front of the owner doing admin work, so it was slightly awkward. Still, we had a little chat here and there, and they gave us nice advice on things to do. Definitely recommended if you're in the area!

This is a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful old town. Truly recommended as an experience to go eat at this restaurant and then a have a stroll around the town visiting the old castle. Concerning the food, the fish is truly fresh and the wine selection is wide.

Sono stato in Salento 11 volte e devo dire che questo Ristorante è tra i migliori che si possono trovare . Il menu' e' vario ed originale, Daniela e Renato sono veramente simpatici, gentili e professionali. La location è perfetta, la qualità dei cibi è ottima, la cantina vini ben fornita ed i prezzi sono coerenti con ciò che si mangia. L'antipasto Estia (18 euro) è composto da 5 portate (sia di terra che di mare) e, con un primo o un secondo, si esce veramente sazi. Tra l'altro Corigliano d'Otranto è uno devi paesi più belli, autentici e vivaci di tutto il Salento parte adriatica (la zona ionica, secondo me, non è "lu Salentu"). E' aperto anche a pranzo e lo consiglio nella maniera piu' assoluta!
