01/11/2024: One of the best pistachios I've ever eaten! Having stumbled upon Pillar by chance, I came across this ice cream shop, the first thing that surprised me was the kindness of the owner, kind and willing to chat, she helped me combine their fantastic pistachio flavor with the "pearl of Pillar" flavour. ” which according to him was one to try, I was right to trust! I always take photos in my reviews but this time the goodness of the ice cream clouded my mind, I will definitely be back to test other flavors!
