Premetto che non conoscevo questo ristorantino, mi sono fidata di Google ed è stato positivo, locale particolare, ricercato, il proprietario gentile ,cibo genuino ,prodotti di stagione. Da ritornare.

“La farina 0 qui non entra”! La risposta del titolare alla mia richiesta di avere pane con farine non raffinate: musica per le mie orecchie !!! La filosofia del locale è coniugare il buon cibo salutare con l’arte (tele e terracotta realizzate dal titolare arredano l’interno), con alcuni strumenti musicali che spero in alta stagione siano utilizzati per accompagnare le serate estive. Il pane di orzo (utilizzato per i crostini) è semplicemente straordinario!!!
