Essenza cibo lento In Barletta

I had the pleasure of eating in this restaurant yesterday... even though they were closing, the owner/chef kindly let us sit down by preparing some seafood-flavored trofie that were delicious to say the least, without making us think about the time in the slightest. The girl who served us was also very kind. I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the dishes, the price and the friendliness of the staff.

What can I say, we found ourselves by chance, and it was a pleasant surprise, the owners are helpful and welcoming, the place is very nice. the food fresh and good. I recommend it.

Excellent dishes, with 0 km ingredients, nothing frozen, excellent craft beers and wines, all at an excellent price, kindness, friendliness and professionalism of the owner and staff which are rare nowadays, recommended from all points of view, we will definitely return when we are in Barletta

Very characteristic place, very kind, friendly and nice waitress. The food is excellent, fresh, the pasta is fresh and you can taste it immediately. The earrings handmade by them are exceptional. Even the horse sausage with a particular flavour, a discovery I must say... even the beer and honey chicken had its own reason... The only flaw was a little bit of a wait but all in all acceptable... on holiday there is no rush and in any case the wait was worth it. I highly recommend

Original and high quality cuisine, everything handmade including the dough, the owners are two sociable and knowledgeable guys, both artists, the place is perfect for an aperitif and a glass or for an informal but superior level dinner. Perfect for couples and young people in general.

Locale e cucina tradizionali ma con un tocco di novità. Già dall'accoglienza siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e ci è stato spiegato il menù del giorno (cambia sempre). Disponibili ad apportare qualche modifica per venire incontro alle bimbe... Ci sono arrivate pietanze squisite. Menzione particolare alle orecchiette, veramente ottime (le poi buone mangiate in Puglia). Finito di mangiare lo chef si è intrattenuto a parlare con noi spiegandoci il senso che sta dietro alla sua cucina e al nome del suo locale. Pranzo veramente ottimo, ad un ottimo prezzo e in un ambiente famigliare, amichevole. Consigliamo a mani basse

Un idea nuova di ristorazione, fatta di sorpresa e racconti. Menù del giorno ma ideato e preparato giorni prima. Cotture lente con prodotti del luogo. Per non parlare dell'ospitalità. Poteva prendere corpo solo da chi è nato e maturato nella ristorazione. Provatelo
