Essenza In Grosseto

I love this place, I go there often, for me everything is fantastic and therefore worth 5 stars for food, service and environment.

5+ star location, serene environment where you can spend time immersed in reading. The place made me fall in love. 4.5 for the menu, extensive with vegan products, I recommend providing a guide for non-experts on the ingredients used. I also recommend putting a calorie guide for those who are health conscious. 3.5 stars for the prices, decidedly above average, even if partly justified by the use of particular products. 4 for staff; not quite as jovial as I like, a little too formal and detached 1 star for the toilets: very beautiful to look at, but terrible smell. 08/21/24 I was there today for a mid-morning snack. I confirm that I am in love with the location: beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Excellent menu as always. Prices above average, but understandable (1 soy cappuccino, a slice of baked cake and a smoothie, 11 euros) Staff: friendliness and smiles are not mortal sins; you can improve Fixed bad odor problems from bathrooms. It is the best place (perhaps the only one) where you can spend a relaxing hour

It had been on the list of restaurants "to try" for some time and with the opportunity of holidays in Maremma I took advantage of it. Fantastic experience. Nice, neat and clean place. Superb dishes, very good. Above all my expectations. Another plus is the generous portions. Absolutely recommended. I hope to return soon.

5-star place with a very chic industrial-shabby setting. Music at an adequate volume and very chillout, excellent decor and the fact that they also serve as a bar and breakfast (even though we went for dinner). The food was superlative and finally for us vegetarians, no worries about searching like Indiana Jones among plates of animal corpses for something to eat. All vegan! And with flavors that impressed me so much that at a certain point I felt like I was actually eating roast meat (the flavor and consistency were so similar that I was starting to doubt). There are no more stars, but here they really deserve the Michelin ones... Thanks for the evening! Even our dog Zoe had a good time, because animals are welcome and accepted in the restaurant, for company and not for eating!

I wanted an experience of this kind, being on the vegetarian path. I ate very well, welcomed even at late hours with a smile. I did some small tastings and found some tasty and plentiful dishes! To return

I've wanted to go there for a long time but living in Florence... it's not exactly around the corner! Having spent holidays in the area, I was finally able to go and I wasn't disappointed, a beautiful, bright and comfortable environment, friendly and helpful staff and the food... delicious, I recommend the Maremma tortelli, they're the best! And unlike other veg restaurants, here the portions are generous, the price is average.

I'm not vegan and I can't stand those who flaunt it out of context, so you will understand with what amazement I find myself giving a review with the best in everything to a place of this type. Excellent food, smiling staff, clean environment, you could complain a little about a couple of prices if you were being picky *BUT* it was all too "perfect" to look for a flaw. I will return 100%

Loved the eggplant melanzana and caponate. A 10 out of 10. Especially shocked by how good the eggplant melanzana was. It really tasted like Parmegiano :)

Entrando veniamo subito accolti da un ambiente caldo e accogliente, con un design moderno e minimalista . L'illuminazione soffusa e la musica di sottofondo creano un'atmosfera rilassante, Il menù di Essenza e’un vero e proprio viaggio culinario nel mondo vegano e c’e’ l imbarazzo della scelta tra i menù proposti con sapori delicati ed avvolgenti. Consiglio vivamente uno stop all’ “Essenza “ di Grosseto

Invitati ad una 'apericena' dall'associazione culturale "Letteratura e dintorni", ero scettico - io che sono onnivoro - di trovare soddisfazione in un ristorante vegano. Devo dire che mi sono ricreduto: complice la amichevole cortesia del personale, che non si è assolutamente impanicato di dover servire simultaneamente una sessantina di ospiti, ho trovato le proposte gastronomiche - assaggini vari, bicchierini di dolci - assolutamente gustosa, gradevole e inattesa. I miei complimenti a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, il sorriso, l'attenzione e la premura che hanno saputo dimostrare per tutti noi clienti. Auguro di cuore ai ragazzi/e di Essenza tanto successo!!
