Essenza In Pontinia

We went for lunch today with the Cemento tasting menu. I don't have much to say other than compliments to all the staff at the Essenza restaurant. It was a fantastic experience: the refined but relaxed environment, the impeccable, professional but also courteous and smiling room service, excellent wine recommendations! The dishes were wonderful for both the eye and the palate, and I must say that by the time we got to dessert we were beyond full. Heartfelt thanks to Chef Simone and all the staff

I ate very well and the prices are in line with the very high level of the dishes. If for once you don't want to spare any expense I highly recommend it.

We already stayed a short time ago and had a great time and we wanted to celebrate our anniversary in a different way, returning to this wonderful place. It was an unforgettable experience, even our 8 year old son was happy. They proposed dishes, each more sublime than the other. The staff always very friendly and helpful. We also met the chef, a helpful and friendly person. You can see that he puts a lot of passion into his work.

An incredible culinary journey, unimaginable combinations of flavors, highly trained and kind staff. I highly recommend the experience. Ps. The best thing is to leave the restaurant not (only) full, but with the most sincere and spontaneous desire not to eat anything else to maintain the aftertaste of the entire meal. Congratulations again to the chef and all the staff and thanks again for the experience.

Chef Simone Nardò and his entire team make you live a wonderful experience, you feel almost at home but with a pinch of formality. The search for raw materials through the concepts of gourmet dishes that pamper everyone's palate.

Great experience of flavor and taste. A journey into a high-class starred cuisine. Quail is something sublime, something that goes out of the ordinary in terms of flavour, tenderness and visual impact. The soft and tasty lamb melted in your mouth. The egg as a forerunner was truly a gem not to be missed. It's a shame not to be able to immerse yourself in the truly well-assorted wine list. Great experience

Exceptional experience. From the moment you enter the restaurant you notice an obsessive attention to detail, for every aspect of the experience, from the wardrobe for the jackets to the dishes served, at 360 degrees. The tasting menus are highly recommended, which allow you to taste several of the chef's courses. Chef who at the end of the evening also came personally to make sure that everything had gone well, showing further attention towards us customers. In conclusion, an absolutely highly recommended place.
