It was amazing. You guys, it’s a Michelin dinner with informed and attentive service. The space is gorgeous, the food is mind-blowing, the drink pairings are spectacular. I’m from the US and I could never expect a meal like that with service that good with prices this good. I spent a month in Italy with my family and fiance (we got engaged on the trip) and this was a major highlight. If you’re on the fence about going, just go. Just do it.

Returning to Essenza is like returning to a place of the soul, where every dish tells a story made of care, technique and poetry.
The journey begins with refined amuse-bouche, small masterpieces that surprise with creativity and precision.
Next comes a fresh, bright amberjack tartare, embellished with a herbaceous granita that enhances every marine note.
The sea bass, served on a velvety cream and dotted with iodine pearls and caviar, is an elegant, balanced and harmonious whisper.
Then the foie gras and eel terrine, bold and refined, which blends sweetness, fattiness and smokiness in a perfectly calibrated combination.
The ravioli, intense and enveloping, prepare the palate for the apex of the menu: first the pigeon, masterful in cooking and contrasts, then the wagyu, very soft, with an intense glaze that amplifies the depth of the meat.
The sweet moment opens with a passage to cheese: a beetroot meringue with gorgonzola cream, brilliant in its unexpected combination.
A fresh and light pre-dessert follows, which accompanies with measure towards the closure.
To conclude, the final dessert: violet ice cream with peach, almond cream, flowers and crunchy elements.
A sweet, fragrant, unforgettable farewell.
Excellent choice of wines and impeccable service: attentive, competent, present with discretion and warmth.
Every visit is a reminder of how much cooking can excite, nourish and remain imprinted in the heart.

A place with attention to detail. It is located in the center of Terracina and is a happy island. You eat accompanied by a light background music and you do not perceive any external noise. The dishes created by chef Nardoni are original and in the right quantities. Excellent and well-stocked choice of wines. The staff is the jewel in the crown of the place. Always present and very attentive and precise in the illustration of the dishes. Special mention for the sommelier very kind and good at helping us in the choice of both wine and spirits. The real gem was the visit to the chef's table at the end of the evening. 🔝 the dishes we preferred were the foie gras and the terrine with parmesan foam. Excellent small pastries. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience an emotion savoring elaborate dishes joy for the palate and for the sight

We went for lunch today with the Cemento tasting menu.
I don't have much to say other than compliments to all the staff at the Essenza restaurant.
It was a fantastic experience: the refined but relaxed environment, the impeccable, professional but also courteous and smiling room service, excellent wine recommendations!
The dishes were wonderful for both the eye and the palate, and I must say that by the time we got to dessert we were beyond full.

We already stayed a short time ago and had a great time and we wanted to celebrate our anniversary in a different way, returning to this wonderful place. It was an unforgettable experience, even our 8 year old son was happy. They proposed dishes, each more sublime than the other. The staff always very friendly and helpful. We also met the chef, a helpful and friendly person. You can see that he puts a lot of passion into his work.
