Years ago I would have given it a 5, but the drop in quality in fresh produce is truly significant. Sometimes the flesh is gray at the counter... too bad... pineapple is often unripe on the outside, frozen inside from the fridge... Review everything a bit.

24/08/2025: Wonderful seafood dishes. The cuisine is fun, well thought out, precise, and full of French flavors. The eggplant gnocchi with mussels and goat cheese are excellent. The staff is exquisite and impeccable.
15/08/2025: The bao is amazing. Amazing. The first courses are delicious. The rest (the fish main courses, and some desserts) are a little less so. It remains one of the best non-Piedmontese restaurants in the city center.
