Esedra... what can I say? Everything was delicious and served with kindness and love. The service was top-notch, courtesy of the beautiful and very kind Giorgia. At the counter, the wonderful and talented Vincenzo and Giorgia, who brighten up your day with their delicious coffees and cappuccinos (with a fantastic, much-loved drawing).

Great local Bar & Pasticceria serving delicious food and coffee. Highly recommend. Must try their baked or fried Iris as it’s among the best I’ve had in many visits to Palermo.

01/03/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I tried these pizzas and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The dough is light and airy, but it's the toppings that make the difference. In particular, the pizza with turnip greens and almonds is enriched with a truly remarkable sun-dried tomato pâté: it adds a burst of flavor that pairs beautifully with the crunchiness of the whole almonds. The Capricciosa is also very good: you can tell they're not using the usual ingredients. The artichokes are tender and flavorful, and the quality of the prosciutto and mozzarella (with the burrata in the center topping it all off) is evident. At the end of the dinner, they recommended an amazing Polish pie (KARPATKA), which was amazing! Overall, an excellent experience for those looking for a carefully prepared pizza without too many frills, where the ingredients are the real protagonist. Recommended!
