This grill restaurant is located in the center of Brindisi, in Piazza Mercato. You can choose from the meats on display and have them prepared for you. They offer a wide selection of meatballs, although some flavors are a bit cloying. The meatballs in salsa verde are delicious, but unfortunately, the famous grilled meatballs fell short. The concept remains very good, and the prices are more than competitive. Recommended.

A pleasant dinner: we tried several different versions of bombette, both classic and revisited. Some surprised us, others less so, but overall we were satisfied.
The outdoor atmosphere was very pleasant, with tables in the square and the lights creating a beautiful setting. Prices were reasonable.
The staff were helpful.
The only issue to note: the bathrooms were not fully usable, with a door that wouldn't close and no sign indicating otherwise. Nothing serious, but a little more attention would improve the experience.
Overall, a good stop for a casual evening in Brindisi.

One of the best steakhouses in the entire country imho, the only thing more lovely than the dry aged steaks and artfully designed skewers are the people running the restaurant, I would give them 10stars if Google would allow, an absolute must when in Brindisi

An amazing place, a steakhouse serving typical Apulian meat dishes😍
You walk in and choose what the guys want to grill for you, choose your sides and drinks, and then savor the delicious flavors of the wonderfully prepared bombettes, salsicci, ribs, and entrecote.
Insane!!!❤️❤️👏👏

Si te gusta la carne, entonces este es el restaurante para usted! Situado en una plaza muy concurrida, este restaurante tiene una gran variedad de carnes y un gran servicio. Para aquellos con un gran apetito, puede seleccionar el tamaño de filete y lo cortarán por usted!
Una buena selección de bebidas y guarniciones, combinado con un generoso descuento del 10% hicieron de esta una gran noche con amigos!

Mi piace moltissimo, questa antica braceria, nel cuore del mercato, di Brindisi. Ci torno sempre volentieri. I prezzi sono ottimi, nella relazione con la qualita’ -quantita’. Vi potete scegliere la carne da cucinare, vi consiglio le bombette con la scamorza, cotte alla perfezione con la crosta croccante. Come contorno le patate arrosto, come si facevano una volta, nella teglia, a spicchi piccoli e non untuose. Il servizio e’ cortese e veloce e l’ estate e’ molto piacevole cenare fuori.
