Delicious meat, too noisy customers

Buonasera, questa sera ho provato questo locale per la prima volta. Mi trovo a Brindisi per lavoro e, cercando online le migliori bracerie della zona, è stato il primo risultato a comparire. Non ci ho pensato due volte e sono andato a provarlo. Fin dall’ingresso l’accoglienza è stata ottima: il personale è gentile, disponibile e alla mano. All’entrata c’è un banco con tutta la carne esposta, dove si possono scegliere i vari tagli e tipologie. Volevo assaggiare un po’ di tutto, così mi sono affidato ai consigli del proprietario – una persona davvero cortese – che mi ha aiutato a comporre un bel mix. La carne? Davvero buonissima: tenera, saporita e cotta alla perfezione. È stato un piacere gustarla. Se siete in zona e amate la carne, vi consiglio di passare di qui: merita davvero. Io sicuramente ci tornerò e lo consiglierò ai miei colleghi. E, a chiudere in bellezza, il prezzo è più che onesto. A presto e ancora grazie mille!
