Elegant environment, excellent quality products, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely pleasant climate, it feels really good. The pizzas have an edge, thanks to careful research into flavours, the second courses are also delicious, especially the fish, desserts and drinks.

I don't usually give all these high scores, but from Ermes,2.0, The pizza is very good, but the rest of the food is also very good, be it the fish, that the first, but above all the difference is made by the waiters, who are fast, attentive to the customer's needs, Probably thanks to the owner, who knows how to manage them well, but they are good on their own, always kind, super recommended...💯💯💯

Dopo aver cenato lì 3/4 volte posso valutare la pizza come ottima, 4 su 5. Il menù offre ampia scelta ed anche differenti tipologie di impasto. Ottime anche le proposte di birre in bottiglie ed alla spina. Quanto alle proposte di carne non le consiglio. La prima volta era di qualità standard nulla di apprezzabile (fiorentina da 8 etti), la seconda volta invece la costata era da buttare… richiesta una costata da 8 etti mi viene presentata 680 gr dicendomi che avevano questa se no si passava ad altra tipologia. Già qui non è una cosa corretta ma sorvoliamo. Presentata al piatta una parte era ancora cruda e l’altra troppo cotta. È stato chiesto di poterla cucinare ulteriori 2 minuti. tornata indietro sapeva dal classico gusto di carne grigliata bruciata! Inutile dire che metà del piatto era da buttare. Riferito in cassa l’accaduto nessuno si è scusato o rivisto il conto. A mio avviso poiché la cosa era stata segnalata a 2 camerieri sarebbe stato corretto far intervenire caposala o titolare per far capire che carne era stata servita!
