Enjoyed seven spectacular courses here for lunch during my stay in Modena. Preparations of artichoke, celeriac, mushrooms, potatoes, etc., all of which were intensely flavorful while still remaining light and not too earthy. Many thanks to my kind server Pietro, who explained each dish to me in English and graciously let me practice my Italian with him. A must-go!

A perfect restaurant when you are not hungry and want to eat little. Very refined and studied dishes. Very small portions and very inflated prices. A good alternative choice for vegetarian cuisine.

Vegetarian restaurant aiming for a Michelin star, and perhaps not much lacking. Excellent for a romantic evening, an experience, and for those curious about the veg/fermented world.
Spectacular artichoke, celeriac and incredible kumquat. Courageous but perfect tortellino. Surprising, balanced ingredients and combinations. Punctual and correct room service, I would have preferred the presence of a tablecloth or placemat to cushion the plate rubbing on the rough table. A very nice industrial environment, albeit with some slightly out of place decorative elements (inspirational, oriental prints, together with modern b/w photographs).

One of the best vegetarian/vegan restaurants I tried in Italy. I found the dishes very original and the portions good, as was the service. The starters are particularly tasty, I will definitely return.

Abbiamo finalmente provato questo ristorante
Sicuramente c'è tantissima ricerca e studio dietro hai piatti che ci hanno presentato
Alcune portate piacevoli altre eccezionali come la tartare di pomodoro e i tortellini
La sala curata i ragazzi di sala bravi manca qualche piccola accortezza per il livello del locale
Tolgo mezzo punto qui solo perché a nostro parere tutte le portate provate erano scarsine nel rapporto col prezzo
