Anyone who reads my reviews knows it. I'm not an easy customer. That's why I always include the "problematic customer" factor in the "sum" of my experience. You have to be honest, and I am. I'm a pain in the ass. If the place that welcomes me is kind, despite the objective difficulty of dealing with me, I can only praise and thank them. I was won over by the staff's helpfulness and their willingness to welcome customers. I can only give top marks for the service. I respect those who strive to find their own path, those who do research, those who study flavorful experiences that respect the historical and environmental context in which they live. There's all this in Erba Voglio's cuisine. It's not just smoke (grilled food is their strong point), there's much more. I wasn't convinced by the dessert, but that's just a matter of personal preference. I'm a chocolate lover, and when it's gone, I'm not celebrating. 😁 Thank you so much for taking care of me. I've been coming to this restaurant once or twice a year since it opened. Years ago, there was a wide choice of menus, and you could actually try sophisticated vegetarian and vegan dishes. Now, the menu is limited to three courses per service, with prices that, in my opinion, aren't justified by the quality of the ingredients. Not even in the most reputable restaurants have I found glasses of Croatian wine for €9 each, with portions that are significantly lower than they should be. They don't even bring breadsticks to the table anymore, and to mop up the sauce from your plate, they've brought a single slice of bread. Basically, you eat and drink very little and spend too much. The girl serving your table may be friendly and competent, but going to the cashier and spending €120 for two for an eggplant, peas, two plates of tortellini, and a glass of wine (just a finger) isn't fun. We won't be returning.

A culinary experience to be had, even for non-vegetarians. A place with attention to detail that helps create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff, attentive to every need of the customer and who manages to convey the history and uniqueness of each dish and ingredient. Food with defined, evocative and perfectly matched flavors, well studied, cooked extraordinarily and presented very well.

Restaurant that offers a menu with the possibility of tasting or à la carte. Vegan dishes are well highlighted and distinct from vegetarian ones. The dishes are unique and with a mix of particular but very good flavors The service is fantastic because it is attentive and friendly but at the same time exhaustive and elegant without ever making you feel out of place There is no confusion and rush A note of merit for the bathroom which is truly very beautiful and welcoming An experience that I recommend everyone to do

After years of desire, I finally got to taste their famous tortellini... and I can say without exaggeration that they were an ecstasy for the palate. Each course is a sensory journey, an explosion of flavors that tell a story of attention, creativity and love for natural cuisine. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and always ready to give kind advice. It is one of those places that leave their mark and that I would recommend to anyone who wants to live an authentic and unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back.

In un mondo emiliano di specialità di carne e cucina grassa (nel senso positivo del termine, ne sono un amante), questa stella eccelle nella varietà del menu, nella qualità dei prodotti, e nella creatività delle proposte. Highly recommended! I went for lunch with my daughters, we chose the 5-course menu chosen by the chef. The dishes are very well prepared, the ingredients and cooking methods were explained to us. The service was excellent, very kind and attentive. The “tortellini” are absolutely worth trying!

Fuimos a Módena solo para cenar en este restaurante y no decepcionó. Platos vegetarianos creativos Tuvimos el menú degustación de 7 platos y estábamos muy contentos. Nuestras favoritas eran las alcachofas servidas de algunas maneras, el caldo que bebiste fue excepcional. Los tortellini eran tan favorables y el entrante con mantequilla de remolacha que se come con un pan de chocolate salado era excepcional Un montón de comida y buenos vinos por el servicio de copas era excelente. Recomiendo encarecidamente si se encuentra en la zona
