Unfortunately I made a mistake in the restaurant review, the photos and the review concern the Dasy restaurant located not very far from this one Had dinner on Saturday evening, beautiful setting in the center of Modena, very kind owner... everything we ate was excellent and the price was more than in line with the very high quality of the food... in my opinion one of the absolute best in Modena, very good

A culinary experience that fully satisfied us. The simplicity and quality of the raw material blend with a search for taste and combinations in a very successful way, in our opinion. The staff were very attentive and extraordinarily kind. We took the 7-course tasting menu and left very full. Special mention for the white chocolate, cedar, oregano and... caper dessert. A joy. Small sore point: for those who don't live in the centre, finding parking to reach the restaurant on a Saturday evening is a bit complicated. It cost us a 40 minute delay. However, it was an incredibly pleasant experience that will definitely make us return.

After numerous visits I think I can say that the chef and staff are doing an excellent job. The research into dishes and flavor combinations (the Jerusalem artichoke foam with coffee sprinkled on top, the "medallion", "south"... to quote the latest menu) are truly excellent. The wine list is also satisfactory and, although not very rich, offers many gems. Always a pleasure to come back.

Very good vegetarian options. The starter and first course were excellent. The second course medallions were excellent but a little inferior compared to the rest. The dessert with yogurt was exquisite. It's not cheap (around €60 each with wine and coffee) but you certainly have to consider the considerable research behind the dishes. I found it difficult to book dinner at this restaurant as it is very popular. Very tasty dishes with "harmonious" combinations. Very good welcome and excellent plating. Highly recommended.

Erbavoglio is magical. One of the best things about dining in Italia is the wealth of vegetarian dishes. However, going to a 100% vegetarian restaurant was a sheer joy. The food was magnificent. The team crafted some really special combinations of flavors including home-baked black bread, pinci with tartufo nero, and a white chocolate dessert with capers (yes, it sounds bizarre, but it actually worked!) Modena is a lovely city and the overall vibe of Erbavoglio was one of casual elegance. The waitstaff were attentive, excited to hear how we liked the meal and quick to offer advice. It's a shame there is nothing this great anywhere near to where we live. Italy, could we please have just a few of your restaurants here in America? It's just not the same being back home.

Excellent food (all strictly vegetarian) and despite the apparently small portions, we left full with only first and second courses (no starters, no desserts). High level service as well. Only areas for improvement: 1) inappropriate and very intrusive music, but only because we had the speaker above our heads at our table. We conversed with difficulty. 2) the design of the online menu (the only one they gave us) was really bad. Not beautiful, not clear, not functional. It's not clear what you're ordering. We recommend watching it again.

We had a wonderful evening with a surprise at every dish presented. Some dishes were nuanced with celestial notes of local herbs, others more earthly and rustic. We loved the home baked bread, the estethic of the plates, the atmosphere, and the lighting. We will surely return!
