We discovered Equo by chance and were immediately drawn to the intimate atmosphere and the unusual, tranquil outdoor courtyard. The menu is both refined and delicious, and the service is courteous yet discreet. We've been here three times already, but we'll definitely be back!

They were super friendly and the food was excellent. I was very cold and they took care of me. There is no air conditioning at lunch but being in the shade it was not too hot, however everything else makes up for it.

On a sultry Sunday in June, we found an oasis of natural freshness, in the village of Equo Hostaria. An environment that was at once magical, refined and welcoming, where I spent moments of exquisite pleasure. The heat suggested the freshness of the tagliolini lupini and lime. Very tasty. The fried chicken nuggets were excellent (my son polished them off). The rosé that was recommended to me was excellent. Impeccable service. I can't wait to go back

Un posto meraviglioso dove abbiamo fatto una cena romantica a lume di candela. Dai crudi di mare fino al dessert, tutto perfetto!!

Vengo spesso e ogni volta è una piacevole conferma. Ristorante di alta qualità con attenzione ai piatti e al servizio. Il menù e molto vario e originale. Nell' ultima occasione ho apprezzato particolarmente il crudo di gamberi, le arancinette di mare e una torta dello chef con marmellata di albicocche. Alla fine della cena ci hanno portato degli ottimi biscottini dello chef con un liquore della casa con anice e caffè. Continuerò a tornare. Complimenti

A bit out of the way behind Trastevere Station. Simple interior and courtyard furnishings. Parking is certainly difficult. Excellent cuisine with unusual recipes, well worth the effort.

Simply spectacular food. We took advantage of Sunday to visit the Trastevere flea market and came to Equo for lunch. We followed the recommendations of the staff, who were extremely friendly and attentive at all times. For starters, we tried the Sicilian pastry, the beef tartare, and tempura shrimp with mint mayonnaise. The pasta we had for main courses was breathtaking. We tried the pasta with wild boar ragu, an off-menu dish with tomato, tuna, and emperor fish, but the star of the day was the pasta with shrimp and pistachio pesto. For dessert, we followed the recommendations and tried the ricotta tart and the melted chocolate tart. Definitely a place we'll return to again and again ❤️

Really a very good restaurant. Excellent service. I took sautéed chicory and Greek tonnarelli with asparagus. Exquisite!
