When we go to Brunico for shopping, on days when we're not hiking, we always go to Bernardi for lunch. Weather permitting, we prefer to eat on the terrace overlooking the canal. It's very pleasant to drink a good wine and eat in the shade of the trees that shade the terrace, accompanied by the murmur of the water.

The food was nothing special, but the wine was good. We order the beef tartare and extra bread. But the bread was cheap and kinda ruined the tartare. The service was so so. The vibe was weird.

We had a very pleasant evening. The food was excellent, the tartare and risotto spectacular, the ambiance elegant, and the service attentive. I recommend it.

This restaurant/bar was just alright. The food was not great and neither did we find the atmosphere to be. However, the staff was friendly and we were promptly served hence my 3-star rating as the waitress was good at doing their job.
I had an entrecote (medium) which was undercooked and very chewy, didn't have much flavour either. The grilled veggies was delicious but very oily.

A lovely wine bar and restaurant, near the center of Brunico, with a wide selection of wines and inviting, excellent dishes.
We had risotto with caccio e pepe, the special of the day, and a risotto with chanterelle mushrooms and crispy house bacon creamed with mascarpone.
And since it's a wine bar, we ordered a glass of Lagrein and a glass of Teroldego.
We finished the meal with coffee and a smooth grappa.
I recommend booking to avoid waiting in line outside. We went at noon, during our August summer vacation.

Every year we take a few days off in Brunico and this wine shop is our point of reference for an aperitif. One day we will also have dinner...nice choice of wines and sparkling wines, ok prices, staff in fluctuating mood, last time appetizers only on request...

We visited the Enotheque Bernardi in Bruneck and had a very pleasant evening. The food was truly excellent—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The wine selection is also impressive and perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The service was very friendly and attentive, making us feel completely at home. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that we would gladly visit again.

Haben dort zu Mittag gegessen. Die Bedienung und das Tartar als Vorspeise waren noch ok. Aber der Spargelreis war nicht nur zu wenig gekocht, auch die 3 Stückchen Spargel mussten wir mit Gabel und Lupe suchen.
