A modern atmosphere with a predominantly traditional cuisine, including Milanese risotto and smoked salmon. Excellent wine list, reasonably priced: top-quality Lagrein. The Acquerello risotto is surprising. The sausage with sauerkraut and potatoes is delicious. Fast service.

I had the best vitello tonnato here by far. So well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. World-class in my opinion! On top of that, the owner is incredibly friendly. The selection of wines by the glass is fantastic too.

We were in Brunico to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We went to this prestigious restaurant to savor rare specialties from Alto Adige. The wine selection was fantastic. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate every personal request. Rating: EXCELLENT (the best we can offer).

Highly recommended in Bruneck. The service was very attentive and friendly. We were a party of five and had three different appetizers and five different main courses, and everyone was delighted. Reservations are essential. Top quality.

I tried their cappuccino and pistachio tiramisu. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences, in addition to the outdoor seating overlooking the river. I recommend it.

10/10/2025: Rustic yet welcoming, the interior decor is inviting. The outdoor terrace offers a panoramic view of the entire valley. The traditional dishes are plentiful and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are average, and the portions will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Definitely worth a try.

02/03/2026: Poor: Average food, not bad, but nothing tasty or truly authentic. Very noisy place. So-so service: by Wednesday night, they had already sold out of several dishes and/or ingredients. I wouldn't go back.
