A pleasant discovery! We found it by chance, it inspired us, and we stopped in without a reservation. The staff were super friendly, the food was excellent, including vegetarian options, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

Superb location for summer evenings because you eat al fresco and get a breath of fresh air from the heat of the city, food and service 🔝🔝, the only flaw is the parking, but you can find it by wandering around.

We were at Osteria San Pietro in Ozzano and we had a great time! A welcoming and well-kept environment, perfect for an evening with friends. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients: authentic traditional flavors, but with a touch of creativity that makes them even more special. The staff is kind, helpful and always attentive. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

The location of this tavern is truly beautiful. Excellent food and a wide selection at honest and fair prices. It's a shame I didn't take a photo but compliments to the ravioli stuffed with cherries and ricotta, I had never tried them and they were a very pleasant discovery. We also tried the crescentine, not greasy at all but soft and crunchy at the same time. The pumpkin flan was good!! Fast service and the owner of the tavern was very nice. We will be back

At dinner with friends we tried appetizers and main courses as appetizers, traditional first courses and a good variety of desserts. Everything was perfect. Even the wine. Helpful and friendly staff. Typical well-kept environment. Fair parking possibilities. Average price. Recommended.

Locale semplice, definizione di osteria. Prezzi contenuti, menù con specialità locali, cibo buono anche se niente di esaltante, ma per una cena a base di piatti locali è perfetto.

17/08/2025: We had a wonderful Ferragosto day in Gubbio. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and welcoming, and the staff were lovely! I highly recommend visiting; the dishes were delicious. Excellent experience.
15/08/2025: The welcome was sketchy. The food descriptions were unclear. A bit expensive for what was offered, both in terms of quality and quantity. Water in a carafe (served in an open bottle) cost €2.50, the same as a sealed bottle. The drying rack is fine for two if you just want to sample something; the cheese selection is very limited compared to the cured meats.

Taverna del Lupo

27/08/2025: The service during dinner was excellent, but honestly, being greeted by an empty counter upon entering and being ignored by the staff for five minutes isn't pleasant when you're hungry. The location, for a taverna, met expectations, but what caught us off guard were the prices, which, to quote another reviewer, were more like those of a gourmet restaurant. The first courses were exceptional, the combination of ingredients unique and delicious. We had the lasagnetta and strangozzi, highly recommended and reasonably priced (perhaps the lasagnetta portion could be slightly larger). What disappointed us was the Cinta Senese fillet with fondue and truffle, €30 for a small piece of meat with a layer of fondue the size of a slice of cheese... You can't go hungry after eating a lasagna and fillet for €50 (excluding wine and cover charge). Highly recommended tavern if you want to eat well, but I think the prices should coincide not only with the quality of the food but also with the rest.
23/08/2025: What can I say? Definitely the best in Gubbio. Perfect for a romantic dinner.
