Antica Osteria born from the "old ladies'" tagliatelle, good menu, but absolutely avoid the tables near the kitchen exit; I was fine because I only had dinner stressed by the collisions with my jacket and my chair, luckily they missed the elbow with the fork.

After a long time I returned to Osteria San Pietro, in the municipality of Ozzano. The hamlet in the hills with a ruined medieval tower has a truly intense magic, despite the infamous winter day it transmitted positive energy. I would say that I promote everything: traditional cuisine with some innovations that do not distort its nature, a rich menu with a more than acceptable choice for vegetarians, good quality and the right portions. The price is adequate in my opinion, perhaps a little less expensive than I expected. The only thing I see now in many restaurants is the difficulty in bringing your bread basket, it seems like you have to attack the waiters or threaten them... Absolutely recommended.

Davvero una perla nascosta ai piedi della città. In 4 giorni ad Assisi non posso dire di aver mangiato bene come all‘Enoteca San Pietro. Piatti curati e ingredienti di qualità! Dai bellissimi interni in legno, agli utensili appesi insieme a sculture della tradizione si respira un‘aria di pace ma anche di voglia di assaporare la vita. I proprietari non fanno segreto del loro grande amore per la ristorazione: si percepisce dall’uscio fino ad ogni pagina del menù ed ovviamente dal Servizio rapido,attento e sempre con il sorriso. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti, il pollo era fenomenale ma anche la „porcata“ con un bel Sagrantino é quasi imperdibile. Con la speranza di poter tornare presto: ancora COMPLIMENTI!!

Encantador ambiente auténtico. La comida es realmente deliciosa con porciones generosas. El propietario suele ser servicial y muy educado y hospitalario. El restaurante es pequeño pero acogedor y acogedor. Un poco lejos de la ruta turística habitual, pero si acabas de llegar a Asís es un camino recto por dentro.

04/01/2025: A wonderful experience! Exactly what I wanted: to escape from the big city to totally immerse myself in nature, in the simple and genuine things and gestures of country life, animals, the vegetable garden, some horseback riding, visits to medieval villages. So much beauty!!!

Il Settimo Sigillo

13/02/2025: I chose Settimo Sigillo for my last dinner in Perugia... and I was not disappointed! The environment is very warm and quiet, in a medieval style with relaxing music, also excellent for a romantic evening. I'll get to the point: OHMYGOD, the "Michelangelo" veal fillet with port and black truffle is incredible!!! I was almost in a mystical trance while eating it. One of my best ever 😋😇 I also took a mixed starter, a dessert consisting of three pralines, and a glass of wine, for a total of an honest €38.5. Everything was good and the portions were generous, and the service was also very fast, professional, and pleasant, but the fillet is definitely what made the difference from many other good but not excellent restaurants. Ultimately: if you pass through Perugia, I absolutely recommend you try the Seventh Seal! 😊
