Everything was excellent and the courtesy and friendliness were also excellent.

Found it by chance... without a reservation, he asked us to come back for the second sitting at 1:30 PM. A good menu, with various choices between mountain and seafood. Fast service and attentive staff. I recommend it.

We had lunch today at this lovely osteria, right across from Asti's main square. We were lucky to find a table without a reservation, as it was Asti's Carnival celebrations, so it was expected to be packed. The menu is Piedmontese, with a touch of seafood. We ordered a trio of meat-based appetizers: tagliolini with black truffle cream, plin pasta with braised beef in butter and sage, and a Milanese-style cutlet. Everything was delicious, served by courteous and friendly staff. This was our second recent visit to Asti, and we were once again thoroughly satisfied, thanks in part to the festive atmosphere of a wonderful Carnival celebration.

I was passing through Asti to see an exhibition and stopped here for lunch. Excellent food, quick service.

We went for lunch, arriving early because we didn't have a reservation (which I recommend). They were very kind, and the service was impeccable. We chose both the seafood and meat menus. Everything was excellent: quality, portions, and price. Everyone was satisfied.

Appetizer, first course, and dessert, all accompanied by wine, less than 20 euros each. For me, it's a yes.

What can I say... what luck... Valentine's Day evening. The very kind owner found us a place even though it was full on Valentine's Day, but he found us a table... Excellent food... it's worth ordering and trying the octopus... excellent and above all plentiful... the day before we had gone to another place (can I say the name?? No, it's awful...) and we needed a magnifying glass to see the portions... Here, however, they treated us very well (thanks Cinzia, the waitress)... we hope to return... and thanks for the huge portion of dessert (Piedmontese bonnet), spectacular... Goloso's word... thanks again... and with the bill, you really took me on a journey through time... DON'T change, please!!!! You can eat well and spend a fair amount if you order à la carte. From Monday to Friday, at lunchtime, you can also choose a €10 menu (starter, main course, fruit or dessert, and a bottle of water) with a choice of three starters and three main courses from the daily menu.

The price-quality ratio is excellent; the food is delicious, with a homemade taste. We ordered vitel toné to share, ravioli del plin al vino babero, and a breaded cutlet with potatoes. The portions were generous. The service is fast and very friendly. The atmosphere is informal. Highly recommended.
