We came here for dinner right after they opened because we didn't have a reservation. The dishes are excellent! Especially the tajarin with truffle and the braised beef! The staff are very kind! They even offered us a pizza, and the service is impeccable.

The menu features Piedmontese specialties and offers a variety of dishes, including à la carte. The food, service, and ambiance are all top marks, especially for the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who, despite the crowds, remain polite and friendly. Not predictable. Stopped for a business lunch. The place was packed, making it difficult to speak. Fast service. Homemade food with a €10 lunch menu, all served in one dish. Okay for a quick business lunch.

The restaurant employs a very successful formula, combining value, completeness, quality, and speed. This allows them to keep costs and prices low and always keep the place full of satisfied customers. They offer three excellent fixed and unchangeable menus, consisting of a first course, second course, side dish, dessert, service charge, water, and coffee, for €15, served on a single tray. You arrive, choose Menu 1, 2, or 3 at the counter, sit down at your table, they serve you quickly, and in 30-40 minutes you can be back to visit the Christmas markets. The food is good, well-cooked, and given the price, I'd say it's excellent. I ordered the menu with gnocchi, truffle-flavored suckling pig, baked potatoes, and Moscato tiramisu. All delicious. Completely satisfied. The restaurant opens at 12, doesn't take reservations (and I completely understand), and people are already queuing half an hour before. At 12 the counter opens, and in 5 minutes you're inside to eat. I saw three dining rooms; I estimate they seat 70 inside, and then they have 20-30 seats on the outdoor patio with the heaters, but I haven't seen if they use it. All in all, between waiting and eating, it's an hour, an hour and a quarter at most. It's fine. There is one downside. Inside, there are two bathrooms for women, but they're small. Unfortunately, for men, there are four portable toilets outside—the construction site ones, so to speak—that are small and uncomfortable. They're outside, of course, and they're obviously also used by the many passersby, despite the "Reserved for restaurant" sign.
