What a wonderful discovery! We went there for a business lunch with colleagues. It took longer than a quick lunch break, but it's clearly a different experience. There aren't long waits, but they're still acceptable for a lunch break. The owner patiently explained the menu to us and recommended what to try. Everything was truly excellent! I'd like to return for dinner. The wine cellar is extensive, both in wines and spirits.

After a long walk through the historic district, we were absolutely starving. A local friend recommended this place, and it did not disappoint! The food and wine were both excellent—authentic, delicious Roman cuisine that truly hit the spot

Amazing food and wine corner ! I am very much into wine and of course there needs to be decent food too. At Colombo I found both at very reasonable prices. A massive selection of Italian wines, plus a considerable amount of non Italian wines, which isn’t common practice here. Pino knows his wines and will guide you without any frills. Go and check him out.

Kindness and friendliness, and excellent dishes. Washed down with excellent wine. A favorite place to return to for any occasion. The first course was a truly superb pork and chestnut ragù. I'll be back.

21/02/2026: Dead tired, I needed to refuel, warm up, and feel good. Friendly, family atmosphere. Quick service. Competitive prices. Excellent pizza. And wine. Recommended
14/02/2026: Quiet restaurant in this neighborhood, good service, excellent appetizers and carbonara. Gnocchi had a bit of a weird after taste, guanciale was incredibly crispy and delicious. Seems to be a local favorite for takeaway pizza with the students, if you’re out drinking in the neighborhood (wooden furnace). Would come back anytime!

21/02/2026: An excellent local restaurant that we were happy to discover near the hotel. The waiter, Jerry, was charming and funny. The food is delicious and, of course, very reasonably priced.
20/02/2026: Amazing meal in Tempo Perso served by the very experienced Jerry. Enjoyed every bite and Jerry kept us entertained right throughout. Desserts were delicious - homemade and so light. Would highly recommend.
