They welcomed us and our group of friends with sympathy and kindness. The environment was very peaceful and the food of good quality. There was no shortage of Brunello di Montalcino. Appreciated

Exceptional wine shop, with a restaurant full of typical Tuscan dishes, including Florentine steak! Advised! The best first course, in my opinion, is pici with white Chianina ragù.

Discovered thanks to The Fork, Andrea is very friendly and professional, the food at Svanen is very good, highly recommended. He satisfied us by bringing us a trio of pici which we hope will make it onto the menu! Terrace for the summer period, very suggestive interior. Parking at the petrol station.

If you stay in Montalcino, you absolutely must try Enoteca Svanen. One of the most pleasant dinners of my life. The Owner is an exceptional character!

Right on the outskirts of Montalcino, there is this wine shop where courtesy, flavors and atmosphere reign supreme. We were welcomed with great kindness, the owner and the waitress were very kind to us and the child. We ate some excellent Pici with white Chianina ragù, and a Peposo so good that it spoke... all on a terrace overlooking the splendid Val d'Orcia. It's always a pleasure to find places like this... highly recommended!

I found this restaurant on the Internet, seeing the very good reviews, I decided to go with my partner, I didn't regret it. Friendly and helpful staff, very good food and more than fair prices. Being also a winery, they have a wide selection of wines including those of their own production. Highly recommended!!

I had dinner at Enoteca Svanen with my family and I must say that it was a positive experience. The environment, in Tuscan style, is very welcoming. The service was fast and precise. The menu offers a good choice of traditional Tuscan dishes, all well executed and tasty. The quality/price ratio, considering the 50% discount with TheFork, is excellent.

Bar Ristorante da Mimmo e Barbara

29/07/2024: Very nice atmosphere and great location. Just as you can imagine a small village restaurant with Tuscan cuisine. Very nice and courteous waiter and cook. There were 6 of us and ordered 2x antipasti as a starter, 5x different pasta dishes and 1x wild boar. Rarely eaten so deliciously. In terms of taste, you could tell all the pasta dishes apart very well. Not one sousse is used for everything here. Everything freshly prepared. Porcini mushrooms are super delicious. All the noodles were on point. Wild boar was also very tender. With drinks it was around 23 euros/person.
28/06/2024: The homemade mushroom and truffle pici are very good. I highly recommend it. Not to mention the good platter of mind-boggling cheeses accompanied with honey, persimmons and plums with a good white wine. Meat fillet with mushrooms, it's worth a good dinner guys if you come to Bagni di San Filippo. stop by Mimmo and Barbara for advice on quality and goodness.
