Excellent food and impeccable service.

Bruschetta, pasta with meat sauce and tartare all very good. Nice place with tables both inside and outside. There was probably some problem with the supplier because a couple of dishes were not available, but the waiter made up for it perfectly, which is the reason for the 5 stars.

We went to the wine shop to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday together with her friends and we did it by taking the opportunity to try the "murder dinner", an experience that I appreciated very much and which made me die of laughter (I laughed until to tears XD), and which I recommend to everyone. The quality of the food was excellent (I loved the risotto with Barolo and Trevisana and the tiramisu), the setting was simple but nice, also recommended for an intimate dinner. The criticism (for which I gave 3 stars) derives from the service and management of the customer, as with about 14/20 days in advance before the evening, we called the organizers of the dinner to ask if it was possible to make a couple of changes to the menu for one of the girls invited since she is pregnant and could not drink alcohol (or eat foods mixed with it for a short time) or eat eggs, asking to replace at least the risotto and dessert just for her. We were told that there was no problem that they noted it and that once the reservation was made (where we had reiterated this request), they would reconfirm everything, which they actually did, writing VIA EMAIL that they had taken note of our. request. Plus they reconfirmed everything even when my girlfriend went to pay for dinner in advance on the day of the event. Yet, they continued to serve the pregnant girl (from the first course to the dessert), the dishes not requested as if we had not said anything and having to reiterate every time that this or that dish she could not eat (also creating a bit of embarrassment) and having to wait for them to arrive with a suitable dish for her. Also irritating was the response of the waiters who more than once replied with phrases like "yes, but the wine here has been deglazed" or "yes, but in the dessert the eggs are pasteurized". I felt cheated. So to recap, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is nice, if you have a murder mystery dinner it will be difficult not to have fun but if you have to go, don't make any special requests because these are the results.

I appreciated the quality of the food and the overall quality/price ratio. Since it is a wine shop, I did not appreciate the unavailability of a Franciacorta present on the wine list, the service where the waiter opened another Franciacorta on my backpack and made it wet, and the failure to bring the ice bucket (which is ordinance with wines like this).

Ho apprezzato la qualità del cibo ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale. Non ho apprezzato, essendo una enoteca, l'indisponibilità di un Franciacorta presente nella carta dei vini, il servizio dove il cameriere ha aperto un'altro Franciacorta sul mio zaino bagnandomelo, ed il non avere portato il secchiello del ghiaccio (che è d'ordinanza con vini come questo).
