We saw a boy and two girls serving between the tables (which are arranged on steps outside in the middle of the houses), one kinder than the other, smiling, professional but not too much.
Well done
It's full of color.

We had a very nice evening in this restaurant! The fine dining is truly something special, and the service was friendly and attentive. The T-bone steak was sensational – tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. The tagliatelle with goat ragout is exceptionally fine. We will be back definitely. Highly recommended and I would recommend making a reservation.

Nach 4 Jahren Abstinenz waren wir ( 8 Personen ) gestern wieder im Boivin in Levico Terme; ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber bemühte sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste, freundliches Personal. Das Essen mi einer tollen Speisenauswahl derRegion. Antipasti mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten waren der Startpunkt, Primi mit Risotto, Pfifferlingen und Sommertrüffel ein Traum. Angesichts der grossen Auswahl von Antipasti und Primi haben wir auf die Secondi verzichtet und tolle Desserts genossen. Wunderbar passender Nosiola sehr bekömmlich. Dazu ein sehr fairer Preis. Nach 3 Stunden haben wir uns verabschiedet und beschlossen, dass wir wieder hinfahren.

Fa parte delle premiate Trattorie Italiane, location e’ quella di una vecchia cantina della tradizione, particolare ma molto piacevole, piatti molto gustosi, consiglio lo Sformato di fave e piselli con fonduta di formaggi al levistico, Ravioli di manzo burro alle erbe e crema di casolet, buona anche l’offerta dei vini, personale cortese e preparato, prezzi bella media.
