We ate outside at Boivin for New Year's Eve dinner. The place is warm and welcoming, with rustic '80s music playing in the background, but doesn't disrupt the conviviality. The service is friendly and professional; I'm holding back the 5th star only because of an oversight in the lasagna preparation. Traditional Trentino cuisine features meat and fish dishes, both local and otherwise, and quality ingredients, carefully cooked and beautifully presented without being overdone. The portions are well-balanced. The value for money is in line with other Levico Terme restaurants, and overall, it's a good value, especially considering the special evening. The wine list is comprehensive, with both local and regional wines. We've been there before and will definitely be back!

A quaint restaurant, probably an old cellar. Typical dishes, well-prepared and carefully prepared. I recommend the strigoli with a typical sausage and the Trentino-style cod! Prices are moderately high, but fair enough. Excellent and attentive service.

We visited this restaurant on a Wednesday evening in October. The food was very good and tasty, the service friendly and unfussy. The main dining room is beautiful, although we were in a slightly less picturesque area. I highly recommend it; reservations are helpful and almost essential.

A traditional, high-end osteria, with exceptional tortelli. A quiet, pleasant atmosphere.
We returned a second evening and I tried the off-menu tagliata, which was incredible, with perfectly crispy baked potatoes. A truly exceptional dish, perhaps the best tagliata I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, with not a trace of fat or sinew. I finished with the New York Cheesecake, a great passion of mine. I can say without a doubt that it's much better than the original New York cheesecake made by Junior's—it's incredibly soft and flavorful! Congratulations!
