Nice experience, menu full of choices and based on traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Excellent wine list. Simple place reminiscent of an old cellar but nice. The managers/owners were very welcoming and always available. It will be a pleasure to return for dinner.

intrigued by the beautiful sign on the street corner, I decided to try this inn. Warm, pleasant, intimate environment, full of attention and in my opinion also very refined. The placemats for the hands and the toothpicks in the bathroom are beautiful, a sign of attention from those who love their customers. I tried various things, all very good. Perhaps the portions are not very generous, but just enough to taste. The friendly manager who also takes care of the room doesn't go too far on menu recommendations, letting the customer choose, and I want to consider this with a positive meaning of the "everything is good" type, and it's true. Infinite choice of wines, there's plenty to have fun with. The cellar that can be seen from the restaurant is beautiful, separated from it by a glass door, and I found it very nice to see the manager (I don't know his name) come in and take the bottle. Locale accogliente come i proprietari, calorosi ed affabili. Ho cercato un posto fuori dalle location turistiche e che proponesse Vini in maniera seria. Sono stata pienamente soddisfatta! Appena entrati, si respira gentilezza e professionalità. Mi sono avvicinata alla vetrata della cantina e mi hanno fatto accedere senza remore ed il proprietario ha iniziato a raccontarci un sacco di cose interessanti inerenti alle bottiglie, capendo che era una comune passione. Menu: pochi piatti, curati, tipici, a base di prodotti artigianali o produttori locali ( formaggi top!), sinonimo qualità e freschezza. Risotto zucca e Blu, molto gustoso. Assaggio formaggi strepitosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un Boca molto in interessante. Prezzi in linea con qualità e cura dei piatti. Una davvero piacevole serata, incontro di due persone squisite, professionali, dinamiche, attente e commerciali al giusto punto. Torneremo… per una degustazione di Baratuciat!

Sì, oltre l’enoteca c’è altro. La cucina interpreta con rigore la cucina piemontese rimanendo a saggia distanza da “gigioneggi” per turisti. Michela conduce le sorti della sala con padronanza ed empatia. Il risultato è una serata di gusto e rilassatezza. Ampia carta dei vini, bravi nel consigliare liquori e distillati.
