I've been to Enoteca 325 many times, and there's never been a time where I haven't had a great experience.
The cuisine is carefully crafted and based on local products, sourced and hand-picked by Steve.
The risottos, in particular, are always memorable, but it's really hard to make a bad choice from the menu, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, listening to Steve talk about food and wine.

We dined at a truly enchanting restaurant just steps from the historic center. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Our romantic dinner was excellent (and the wine even more so). What made the experience special was the hospitality and expertise of the host: a very friendly and knowledgeable person. He gave us an interesting introduction to the recommended wines, turning the wait for our dishes into a pleasant and alternative experience!

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, and I wasn't disappointed! The wine bar has a perfect style, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
We shared appetizers, including the delicious tomini cheese and stuffed onion, and we had the risotto with creamed peppers and sausage.
For dessert, we had a truly delicious panna cotta and a hazelnut cake.
Highly recommended!

Restaurant located in a historic district. Very pleasant setting in a stone house. The unusual place is very welcoming, as is the very friendly owner who explains the origin of his products (and who speaks a little French). A wonderful moment in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A very well-stocked cellar. In short, a perfect evening.
