Great authentic traditional dishes for a good price. Lovely place!

We went there last night for the first time and can confirm the excellent reviews we've read! The food was good and well-presented, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the wine list was extensive, with excellent labels. We'll definitely be back.

We dropped in by chance (and unfortunately late in the evening) to while away a wait with a glass of wine. We were greeted by the friendly owner, who kindly and courteously recommended a good organic wine with some appetizers to accompany it. Finally, a host who makes hospitality a strong point and doesn't make guests feel unwelcome, even if the drink lasted until closing time. We'll definitely be back to try their cuisine.

I went to Enosteria 15.06 for dinner with my boyfriend. We couldn't have made a better choice! From the friendly service to the quality of the dishes. They greeted us with a small appetizer (sausage on a porcini mushroom cream), and right from there, we began to sense the quality. I had a pizza (when ordering, they let you choose between a thick or thin crust and whether the dough is whole wheat or not). Profumo di Parmigiana was a 10, the tomato had an excellent rustic flavor, the fried eggplant was very light, and my partner had a Carbonara pizza, creamy and tasty, with a cream of the perfect consistency, all accompanied by fries. Speaking of wine, they have an excellent and wide selection, including small bottles. We opted for a Langhe Nebbiolo Monchiero Carbone, which I recommend. When it came to dessert, we shared a dulce de leche and muscovado sugar crème brulee accompanied by a sorbet that perfectly tempered the dessert, both high-quality and sophisticated. Along with the coffee, they brought some sweet treats, which were also very good. Excellent value for money, no complaints there, considering they offer gourmet pizzas that truly deserve this adjective. What can I say? We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.
