Si dice che una cosa, qualsiasi cosa, è di più della sommatoria delle proprie parti. Le eccede. Ecco, qui, l'eccedenza è strabordanza. Il simpatico titolare e la di lui estroflessa pelvica linea, il bel restauro dell'età dell'oro, che ci fu in Italia e che noi brevemente conoscemmo prima del 2008 (mille e non più mille), il banco dei cicchetti di tanta e appagata voglia di asciugare, parlano di esperienza e dedizione alla causa di Dioniso. Evoè. Erbette, uova e cipolline. This is magick. This is tramezzino. Mandi.

25/04/2024: Extraordinary dinner, balanced and original menu, incredible raw materials, original surprises during the courses, impeccable service, from the head waiter to the chef who came to greet us before and after dinner to make sure everything was perfect. Cozy and elegant location. A restaurant definitely above several starred restaurants, it undoubtedly deserves at least one Michelin star.
16/02/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend. The place is very nice, welcoming and at times sophisticated, as are the dining room staff. We opted for the à la carte menu and not the tasting menu. The choice of dishes is not huge but all the dishes seem interesting with very particular combinations. We opted for two appetizers: a marinated salmon tartare served in a cup with coffee at the bottom and a vegetable dish consisting of a fried artichoke accompanied by a couple of very delicate sauces that went very well with the taste of the vegetable. Oh I forgot, upon our arrival they offered us a welcome entrée. We were particularly impressed by the Americano (cocktail) served inside a sphere: an explosion on the palate. As second courses we chose a savory tiramisu, as well as braised beef served on potato foam and seasonal vegetables as a base, and a venison carpaccio. Overall we were really happy with the culinary experience which, even though it was a non-starred restaurant, managed to pleasantly surprise us. We will be back to try the charcoal mousse!

09/11/2024: Very nice and well looked after place, impeccable service, the food at lunch was all 10 from starters to dessert.
20/09/2024: Finding out what it means to really eat after 34 years is possible. The path that is proposed in the Tana Gurmet menu is an up and down of emotions, tastes, intensity and much more that I leave you to discover for yourself. The drink pairing is undoubtedly a surplus that leaves nothing to chance, on the contrary, it totally completes the experience which is characterized by intensity and total satisfaction. Don't miss this pearl that the Plateau offers, rediscovering and rediscovering flavors, ingredients and history not only of the area but of the entire Veneto.
