Enoa In L'aquila

We were there on December 19th to celebrate my son's birthday who among other things was concise with the awarding of the degree .... thanks for the kindness with which the owner welcomed us and for the suggestions he gave us for the delicious particular lunch and good that we enjoyed, if I return to those parts I will repeat the recommended experience

A culinary experience waiting to be discovered... in the new location the "boom" couple, made up of spouses Enrico and Graziana, continues to give their customers unique emotions and sensations. Best family run restaurant at the foot of the Gran Sasso in Italy. Located in Paganica, 5 minutes from the L'Aquila Est and Assergi motorway exits, it is served by a convenient car park at the back. Graziana's cuisine is a guarantee, modern but with a traditional taste. The service is impeccable, Enrico the owner offers a wide choice of wines. The food is always good and in summer, especially at dinner, it is pleasant to eat outdoors. Few seats guarantee rapid service, quality of food and a quiet environment where you can converse in a low voice. Nice restaurant and very good.

What can I say, I have rarely found a restaurant where the raw materials are chosen and researched with care, the preparation of the dishes is careful and very balanced, the staff and owner are of rare kindness and friendliness, the environment is refined and very welcoming. Excellent choice of wines. Delicious dishes to make the final shoe every time. I will happily return there!
