It starts with the refinement of the furnishings, with precious tables and special bottles that can be admired from everywhere. We continue with the owner of the house: an expert in hospitality, in the choice of wine and in good food. You arrive at the parade of exquisite dishes, refined but familiar at the same time.
Concluding with the excellent price and the desire to return as soon as possible. Absolutely recommended.

Enoà si è spostato lo scorso anno dal centro di Paganica sulla statale 17bis, tra Paganica e Tempera. Il locale è molto bello, ha un ampio spazio esterno utilizzato durante il periodo estivo. Enrico è un ottimo padrone di casa: estremamente gentile, attento e prodigo di consigli. La cucina è sempre ottima, increntrata su piatti tipici, alcuni ottimamente rivisitati. Anche la cantina è ricca di etichette molto interessanti. Ci si torna sempre con piacere, quando siamo da quelle parti.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the genuine cuisine; you can taste typical traditional products and always fresh and local raw materials. Absolutely worth trying.

We were there on December 19th to celebrate my son's birthday who among other things was concise with the awarding of the degree .... thanks for the kindness with which the owner welcomed us and for the suggestions he gave us for the delicious particular lunch and good that we enjoyed, if I return to those parts I will repeat the recommended experience
