We came here by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, the service excellent and fast. We ordered the tasting menu and everything was delicious!

Locale molto luminoso con ampie vetrate in una unica e bella sala. Ottimo servizio. Mi aspettavo una cucina del territorio ed ho trovato proposte un poco anonime. L'antipasto aveva di tipico/locale le pallotte cacio e uova al sugo e un piccolo soufflé con zafferano e tartufo, entrambi ottimi. Per il resto prosciutto, formaggio, ricotta buoni ma non indimenticabili. Di primi abbiamo scelto dei paccheri con baccalà e peperone. Nulla di che, pasta al dente e un accenno di sapore di baccalà. Le scelte dei secondi di limitavano ad un paoo di opzioni di carne e il baccalà in umido, forse perché il giorno successivo era quello di chiusura. Na abbiamo fatto a meno. Per i prezzi non posso dire nulla perché sono stato ospite.

Nice and welcoming place. Excellent food mix between tradition and modernity. The wine list allows you to taste wineries from all over Italy.... talking to the owner we learned that they also organize tasting dinners pairing the wines with traditional foods from the region of origin of the winery. Highly recommended

Enoà si è spostato lo scorso anno dal centro di Paganica sulla statale 17bis, tra Paganica e Tempera. Il locale è molto bello, ha un ampio spazio esterno utilizzato durante il periodo estivo. Enrico è un ottimo padrone di casa: estremamente gentile, attento e prodigo di consigli. La cucina è sempre ottima, increntrata su piatti tipici, alcuni ottimamente rivisitati. Anche la cantina è ricca di etichette molto interessanti. Ci si torna sempre con piacere, quando siamo da quelle parti.
