The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent dishes are paired with carefully selected wines, well recommended by Ennio. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.

A neighborhood yet elegant restaurant, run by its owners and featuring a completely homemade menu. They have a wide variety of wines. The service is wonderful; they understood us and spoke Spanish very well. Thank you so much! Everything was delicious 😊

Ristorante Nuovo Canestro

11/01/2026: The Roman cuisine (and more) is fabulously prepared. The gnocchi are truly special; the suckling pig with potatoes, all cooked in a wood-fired oven, was truly satisfying. A wonderful lunch in the center of Rome, just steps from the most iconic sites of the Eternal City. The dining room is dominated by the friendliness and helpfulness of a super Gino! Definitely worth a try. Oh, and on Saturdays, one of the chefs makes cream puffs, which are truly delicious ♥️
