I have no idea where those negative reviews come from. Our experience was actually positive. Ordering is quick and easy via QR code, as is paying. You can also simply ask the waiters. We didn't have to wait very long (drinks only), and we were even offered a free appetizer platter. You can simply pay at the bar. The guys and girls in the restaurant were busy but friendly. We went two days in a row; if it really wasn't good, we wouldn't have gone there, would we?

06/10/2025: We went for dinner on Saturday. The place is nice, with soft lighting and a very quiet atmosphere, perfect for couples and quiet dinners. The service is average. The food is average, nothing special, and the dishes are repetitive. The seafood appetizer included fried fish and fried vegetables, but the courses weren't specified. For the main course, I ordered fried fish, so I ate it twice. My wife's main course included vegetables, and my wife ordered vegetables as a side. Again, this wasn't specified. We ate the same dishes twice. The price for what we ate was a steep €60 each.

17/01/2026: I stopped by by chance two years ago looking for a lunchtime snack. The snack turned into a full meal: from the cured meats to the desserts, everything was delicious and high-quality. A positive experience that rounded out a lovely day spent in Pisa. Highly recommended!
