23/11/2025: I stumbled upon Gascoigne in Palermo by chance and it turned out to be one of the best random discoveries of my trip. The bartenders Margo, Cristina, and Adriana are highly professional and have a great sense of guests preferences. There’s no cocktail menu, but that’s actually a plus: they create exactly what you like. My basil cocktail was incredible! The music was also spot on — DJ Enrico set the perfect atmosphere for the evening. If you’re looking for a stylish place with great cocktails and a fantastic vibe, definitely stop by Gascoigne. A true hidden gem in the heart of Palermo!
01/10/2025: Amazing place just off a popular square in Palermo. Knowledgeable staff making fantastic cocktails and very reasonably priced too. Good place to enjoy a drink and take in Palermo night life
