I've been to Emerald's Independent Bar and every time it's a confirmation ❤️
The food is carefully prepared, tasty, and you can taste the quality in every dish.
The service is attentive but never intrusive, making you feel immediately at ease.
But the real difference is the staff: super welcoming, smiling, and always available. They make you feel more like a guest than a customer ✨
The atmosphere is one where you enter and want to stay... welcoming, relaxed, with the right atmosphere.
It's one of those places you want to return to because you know you'll truly enjoy yourself.

Emerald, in the heart of Prati, presents itself as a refined urban retreat where the art of mixology meets a sophisticated, almost literary aesthetic. The ambience, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, immediately conveys the feeling of being in a suspended space, far from the ordinary noise of the city.
The cocktails are distinguished by a surprisingly harmonious balance: each element appears sensitively calibrated, without ever being overdone. The aromatic notes emerge discreetly, layering elegantly and persistently on the palate. A careful selection of ingredients is clearly evident, accompanied by a technique that seeks not to impose itself, but rather to accompany the experience with understated mastery. The result is a drink that never tires, but rather invites contemplation, almost as if it were a well-written page.
The measured and attentive service contributes to an overall high-quality experience, where nothing seems left to chance.
Yet what made the memory of the evening even more singular was the context: I found myself, somewhat surprisingly, surrounded by a collection of volumes dedicated to the theme of fetishism, as if the intellectual dimension of the place wanted to push beyond conventional boundaries, intertwining sensory pleasure and cultural curiosity in a decidedly unusual way.

Very interesting and popular place to have a drink. It's so popular we couldn't get in one night because it was full. Wide ranging menu of drinks, we didn't have food, which are not expensive. Staff are helpful and friendly. We went twice and enjoyed it both times.

While I wasn’t treated particularly well by the gentleman wearing the natty suit, he liked my wife better than me, Emerald’s is a great bar for an elegant night out. Sultry, dark, with a wonderful 1920s vibe, Emerald’s space encourages sophistication and taste. My martini was excellent. Emerald’s would be classy in any city in the world. We’re returning soon.

My wife and I stumbled upon this gem by sheer luck and decided to have a bottle of wine. We loved the aesthetic, we just wished they had music. The bartender was excellent and super friendly.

I went for lunch and ordered two pizzas and cured meats: everything was very good. The place is very nice and well-kept, with good service. The only downside is that you eat on sofas.
