I discovered this gelateria when it opened about eight years ago. It quickly became "our gelateria." The gelato is excellent, tasty, and varied, and the cream is delicious. In the summer, they offer granitas, which are also delicious and refreshing. They recently added crepes, pancakes, and waffles, all of which are delicious. The owners and staff are kind, attentive, and ready to offer explanations and even chat. We continue to frequent Elleboro and recommend it.

It's a different kind of gelato than other, much more aggressive competitors in the city. Less creamy, less experimental, but I find it more genuine on a digestive level. The girls who work there are very friendly. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by to try it, even for a small cone.

One of the things that impressed me the most is the variety of flavors: they change almost every day! It's always a surprise to discover what they've prepared new. The staff is simply fantastic!
