A relatively new place compared to the historic places on the coast but it must be admitted that it has nothing to envy compared to the latter. A culinary journey of great depth and with raw materials that I would say are excellent and cooked with skill. Drop by if you're in the area, highly recommended!

One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. It deserves a Michelin star. Impeccable service, customer attention that cannot be found even in the best starred restaurants. Quality food at km0 and nice atmosphere. The decor can certainly be improved by making it more cutting-edge, the culinary journey is interesting and stimulating. I was won over by the dessert: the lemon had an incredible freshness! It felt like biting into a real lemon, but without the typical citrus acidity! Congratulations 👏🏻

Ristorante non enorme ma funzionale. Ci sono stato con amici, a pranzo, un sabato di agosto.
Personale gentile e cordiale, cibo molto buono, peccato che non avevano il tortello come primo quel giorno, ero davvero curioso.
Consiglio molto la tagliatella di seppia, buonissima.

Una cena davvero gustosa, abbiamo mangiato tre portate à la carte: Ricciola e maiale e capesante in Abruzzo (semplicemente deliziosi); frittura di calamaretti e scampi e paccheri al sugo di razza (strepitosi); dulcis in fundo Limone d'Elite e Gran Sasso (buonissimi). Accoglienza più che gradevole e personale gentile e premuroso. Carta dei vini ben curata. Prezzi molto buoni. Torneremmo a Roseto solo per mangiare ancora in questo ristorante. Complimenti.
