Una cena davvero gustosa, abbiamo mangiato tre portate à la carte: Ricciola e maiale e capesante in Abruzzo (semplicemente deliziosi); frittura di calamaretti e scampi e paccheri al sugo di razza (strepitosi); dulcis in fundo Limone d'Elite e Gran Sasso (buonissimi). Accoglienza più che gradevole e personale gentile e premuroso. Carta dei vini ben curata. Prezzi molto buoni. Torneremmo a Roseto solo per mangiare ancora in questo ristorante. Complimenti.

Accostamenti insoliti, sulla linea della tradizione con esiti inediti. Servizio molto curato e preparato. Personale cortese ed elegante. Bel locale bordo piscina, tutto ottimo dai vini al dolce. Sarebbe bello poterci tornare spesso. Non c’è da spaventarsi per l’indicazione €€€€ perchè non è un ristorante caro, soprattutto si esce pienamente sazi e appagati. €€€ sarebbe piu giusto.

Unusual combinations, in line with tradition with original results. Very attentive and prepared service. Courteous and elegant staff. Nice place by the pool, everything excellent from the wines to the dessert. It would be nice to be able to go back often. There is no need to be scared by the indication €€€€ because it is not an expensive restaurant, above all you leave fully satiated and satisfied. €€€ would be fairer.

Friendly and competent staff, welcoming atmosphere and quality ingredients. For an irrelevant mix-up that was resolved in two minutes, after offering us an (unnecessary) apology, they offered us a glass of bubbles. A very pleasant evening was spent.

We had lunch several times in this restaurant and each time it got better and better... today the tasting menu was truly delicious, with perfect pairings, especially in the choice of wine which was highly recommended!!! The guys in the dining room are prepared and smiling, which is no longer a given…

Truly an elite environment, this is Elite Cucina di mare. About a kilometer from the Hotel Roma in the street adjacent to the Roseto Degli Abruzzi seafront there is this truly wonderful location. The welcome of the staff is the first sweet note of a truly pleasant symphony. A refined, extremely clean environment where you can relax to the pleasant background of jazz music and where you can taste excellent fish presented in a wonderful setting and associated with flavors that enhance the taste is not a dream, no, all this is the reality of this beautiful place. You have the continuous attention of the staff who explain to you the how and why of every single dish you go to taste, associating it (if you wish) with wines from cellars with a capital C. Truly highly recommended if you are in this area. If you are wondering about the price... well I tell you that you pay for quality so for a moment put aside the thought of how much you will spend, but go and eat food prepared and presented with criteria. The right criterion. Really very good!
