The experience was terrific. The staff goes out of its way to help. Very friendly and accommodating. I had dietary restrictions and the kitchen prepared fresh food to meet my needs. The servers remembered without me telling them each time. Even made me special desserts on the spot. As we were leaving in early am chef had prepared a croissant in line with my needs. We will definitely return

Everything was amazing. Giuliano in Zass was particularly fabulous and so so welcoming. Marco is a gem as the water taxi driver. Loved it!!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Italy at various locations for our honeymoon and this was our favorite stay. San Pietro did a fantastic job in all departments. They were very nice, great service, unbelievable views, and so much more.

Our stay was incredible and could not recommend this hotel more highly. The location is stunning, our room was great - exceeded expectations - and the staff could not have been more wonderful.

10/05/2025: Great location, delicious food, great service and atmosphere. The best Italian food I've ever eaten - I was scared by the lack of a menu, but I trusted the owners and I don't regret it (my 14-month-old son and wife were equally happy). Delicious pasta, delicious cakes and coffee. I recommend it, the best choice for a delicious Italian dinner!
