I'm still sitting at the table and I can say while waiting for dessert that everything I had was really good... In fact, I took an encore of something because I liked it so much... Rating 10 out of 10

I've been back several times for breakfast: the place has attention to detail, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. The boy at the checkout who is a "declared Romanist" represents one more reason to visit this place, jokes aside, a simple and pleasant place to start the day.

Bar with absolutely professional and competent management, the croissants are fantastic in the morning, I don't give 5 stars for the noisy and rude people who often infest the place in the early morning making breakfast at the counter unpleasant.

Elios Bistrot was a very pleasant discovery. The welcoming and refined atmosphere combines perfectly with a cuisine that knows how to surprise. I tried the meatballs, delicious and tasty, and the maltagliati with mussels and beans, a perfectly successful combination of sea and land. My partner had the pumpkin-filled dumpling, with a soft texture and a delicate flavour, which was truly successful. We then shared the ricotta mousse with red fruits and chocolate crumble, which closed the meal in style, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. A special mention goes to the homemade bread and breadsticks: fragrant, scented and with a genuine flavour. To complete the experience, the courtesy of the owner, who proved to be attentive and helpful. Advised!

We went to this restaurant for the first time last night. they welcomed us even if it was a last minute booking and it was late. We ate very well, all the dishes were tasty, original and well prepared. The crispy corn ingot taken as a truly delicious appetizer, but the courtyard ragù was also delicious! Furthermore, the service was fast, very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back, it was a wonderful discovery!

We went to Elios Café this Saturday evening. A café that is also a bistro, where you eat and drink divinely (from breakfast to dinner). The dishes are fresh, we ate the gnocchi with cherry tomato and pesto and the risotto with porcini mushrooms which were really excellent, but the icing on the cake were grandma's meatballs. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can relax and be in peace, without however lacking the attention of the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Tip: ask for a wine recommendation, they are very knowledgeable. In the Ostiense area it is truly a gem that you must experience!
