Elios Cafe In Roma

Bar Bistrot which in the evening turns out to be an excellent restaurant, very kind owner, creative cuisine with good ingredients, delicious homemade bread, recommended!

We went to Elios Café this Saturday evening. A café that is also a bistro, where you eat and drink divinely (from breakfast to dinner). The dishes are fresh, we ate the gnocchi with cherry tomato and pesto and the risotto with porcini mushrooms which were really excellent, but the icing on the cake were grandma's meatballs. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can relax and be in peace, without however lacking the attention of the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Tip: ask for a wine recommendation, they are very knowledgeable. In the Ostiense area it is truly a gem that you must experience!

It was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet place, with jazz music in the background that allows you to converse peacefully. The food was all excellent and the value for money was very good. A modest yet sumptuous aperitif/bar from morning to afternoon has been transformed for less than a year into an elegant and quiet location for couples and families. The current owner, I can't remember his name, welcomes you with extreme courtesy, giving you the opportunity to eat dishes. simple but very well made at a more than competitive price, both outdoors and indoors, the richly varied bread basket is totally homemade to be consumed while waiting, it also offers a great choice of wine and beer all framed by a background chillout; I'll leave some images just to enrich and arouse curiosity... for the rest what can I say, congratulations to the owner and the staff, we will definitely be back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice and well-kept place, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The food is truly delicious, the dishes are original and the portions are generous. We booked with the fork, and despite having the discount we were treated very well and were even offered bitters. Even without the discount, however, the prices would have been fully in line with refined cuisine. The owner is also a nice and helpful person. We will definitely be back!
