Cozy place, beautiful internal atmosphere and very attentive table service. The dishes offered are very good starting from the raw material to how it is cooked. We need to improve the plating and presentation of dishes. His Majesty the carbonara as written on the menu is truly worth it. My favorite dessert tiramisu, of which I obviously have a lot of tasting experience, must be improved by adding obviously very bitter coffee to balance the sugar. However, the idea of adding pieces of dark chocolate on the outside is excellent. The only completely negative note is the bathroom, urgent renovation.

It is a singular place: the external shape is that of a small (but dignified) bistro, but the cuisine has nothing to envy of that of a gourmet restaurant. Each dish is a real success, such as the glazed potato millefeuille, the aubergine parmigiana with burnt Reggiano fondue with pink pepper, the maltagliati with chickpeas in double consistency, the cod fillet with puttanesca cream, the seared squid with cream of potatoes. I found the reinterpretation of traditional dishes very original and you can sense the taste of the two young chefs for experimentation. Great courtesy and friendliness of the manager. Good value for money, especially taking advantage of The fork discounts. Absolutely to return.
