Exceptional is an understatement for this pizzeria that knows how to treat customers in the best possible way. Starting from the exceptional appetizers (omelette and crocchè) and ending with the pizzas which were exquisite. But the real surprise was when we ordered two pizzas, one of which arrived a little later than the other and the waiters replaced the pizza that arrived first with another one that was the same but freshly cooked together with the second one. There may have been an error in calculating the times but it was a pleasure to be treated with so much attention. Congratulations to all the smart and super friendly staff.

A pizzeria worth visiting: good starters but the pizzas are superb! Normal, double or triple cooked, with traditional or truly innovative seasonings. Special combinations, for example octopus and artichokes, truly delicious. Average bill, fast and very courteous service

Impeccable service! Really very nice location, the waiters were kind and very nice. The owner very friendly and hospitable. Really excellent appetizers and pizza! Excellent gluten free pizza! (Never eaten such good gluten-free pizza) 5 stars are few, it's worth 10! Highly recommended!

High quality pizza and much more... you can see that they use top quality ingredients! We had pizza, naturally with buffalo mozzarella and a salad with salmon (but always with buffalo) accompanied by a simple (but very fragrant and crunchy) small pizza with oil and oregano!😋 The place is well ventilated despite the crowding... perhaps a little noisy... (in fact a customer, absentmindedly, accidentally dropped a glass bottle of water)... but this depends on the customers... they probably feel at ease and this is a positive note for the place! I recommend it!

Perfect! Mimmo is exceptional at rolling out the pizza, putting it in the oven, selecting the ingredients and - above all - he is humanly special. All the staff are friendly, available to listen and very involved. We have been frequenting it for years: initially it was simply the pizzeria near home to try. Then from the first taste it became our favorite. Today we cannot do without it. Even 1000 km away we would go there to eat a huge quality pizza in the Caserta and Campania areas. 10 and praise

We ended up with them by chance and ate the best pizzas of our trip to Campania, cooked with different techniques and with attention to quality ingredients and their skilful combination. The staff was helpful and kind not only in serving us but also in giving us useful information about our stages and the Caserta area. A hospitality as rare as the goodness of their pizza

23/12/2024: Chef Angelo and his family gave life to an extraordinary idea in the heart of the historic center of Vairano Patenora: transforming the house they were renovating for themselves into a welcoming home restaurant. The experience begins right from the booking, when Angelo guides you in choosing the menu with great attention to personal tastes, any allergies and budget. You can opt to give him carte blanche or make specific requests. We chose to rely completely on him, and the result was impeccable. Upon arrival, Angelo and his family welcome guests warmly. His wife showed us the house, renovated with taste and creativity, where each room hosts a table, creating an intimate and unique atmosphere. Particularly evocative are a room dedicated to children and, above all, a splendid terrace overlooking the Vairano Patenora castle, perfect for summer dinners. Angelo's menu is a perfect balance between local tradition and innovation. We started with a beef tartare and Annurche apples seasoned with anchovy sauce, followed by pork belly with courgettes and black rice chips. Then, an original buttoned pepper, where the classic bread cap has been transformed into a fried breadcrumb that envelops the pepper, making it a crunchy and tasty croquette. To close the appetizers, a chickpea soup with fried pork rind, perfectly vaporous thanks to the puffing. As a first course, ravioli filled with ricotta and lemon, embellished with truffles, followed by a second course of cuts made with the highest quality local beef. To conclude, a fresh and delicious mandarin panna cotta. Ultimately, a unique experience, tailor-made for guests, which mixes hospitality, culinary excellence and love for the territory. I wish Angelo and his family the best: their determination and courage to invest in the historic center of Vairano Patenora deserve admiration. I hope others look to them as an example and can start business ventures to revive our wonderful country.
