Elegguà In Padova

Very nice place and very good food, highly recommended. The only flaw is the service. As soon as we arrived, we were swarmed by waiters asking for our orders, a bit too hasty for my taste.

Nice place, but not a truly Latin night in the true sense of the word. It's not a place run by Latinos, basically.

Unfortunately the place is small but really nice and lively, due to the number of people the service is sometimes slow but the staff is very kind, the food is good even if there is not much choice... But overall it is a really nice place!!!

I'm extremely satisfied with this restaurant because I really identify with everything they offer, both food and drinks. This is my second time here, and it always exceeds my expectations. The mojito is just like being in Cuba at La Bodeguita del Medio. The traditional Cuban dishes are delicious, and the staff is incredibly kind. Thank you so much to the Elegguà team, and keep up the good work so we can feel my longing for Cuba a little less.

An authentic slice of Cuba in Padua! A traditional atmosphere, fabulous cocktails, and delicious food with a variety of appetizers and main courses! And if you book on a night with live music, it all becomes a party, and you can dance along! The young, super-friendly, and smiling staff are always available.

Wednesday evenings with live music are a must.... Best to book! Service is fast, prices are average. The food is delicious and carefully prepared.

The place is very nice, close to Padua's most popular cinema (so very convenient for both an aperitivo and a post-film drink), the staff is attentive, courteous, and helpful, and the Latin American "ethnic" selection is inviting. It has all the makings of a favorite, but unfortunately, despite these positive aspects, I wasn't as impressed with the food: not everything was to our liking, and the portions were small and expensive. Overall, nothing scandalous or horrible, but far from a memorable experience.
