Eleat In Matera

I honestly expected better. Chosen for a quiet evening with friends, reservation at 9 on Saturday evening. Nothing to say about the food, very good quality, but the waiting time, i.e. 2 hours counted, to receive your meal, is bordering on the absurd. I understand the difficulties that may be encountered in coordinating external orders with those of the internal restaurant, but it is not acceptable for a person to book at a specific time and leave almost 3 hours later. I don't agree (as I read in response to previous reviews) that everything can be justified with reservation orders outside the restaurant, because if you decide to offer an additional service to your customers (as in the case of this same restaurant) you have to be certain that the quality of the service itself remains constant, but in my humble opinion, it has definitely dropped. Having said this, I hope that the problems encountered can be resolved in the future because the quality of the food is really not bad, as is the classic take away service

In a modern place, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. With just a few euros they literally blew us away. From appetizers to aperitifs, with an amazing pizza (really good dough, it's been years since I ate one like this), well seasoned and even dessert (we didn't take it because, otherwise, we would have spent the night in hospital for having exaggerated). Absolutely worth visiting, highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of eating at the new Eleat 2.0 restaurant. Everything is extremely good and of high quality, with a modern but at the same time welcoming environment thanks also to the hospitality of the owners Roberto and Katia. Questo posto e la perfezione soprattutto per il personale veramente gentile tanto che il padre della figlia ci ha fatto "da guida turistica" per il centro della città. Poi il cibo era perfetto il prezzo giusto, fino all'ultimo giorno volevo venire solo per mangiare la puccia e la piadina col kebab
