El Volt In Ponte di legno

We were three people for dinner, and ate in the small room near the bathrooms. The place is nice, but unfortunately, there were crusts of plaster on the bench and the adjacent table, and the women's restroom wasn't cleaned properly after lunch. That said, the food was truly delicious; the nettle risotto and Calsù pasta were excellent. The wine list was superb, but the wine list was limited. As for the service... despite the excellent willingness, young people who are learning need to be personally supervised, otherwise mistakes become unpleasant, whereas they would be perfectly acceptable for beginners. The price was fair. The music needs to be reviewed, given the type of place.

Very nice atmosphere, kind and prepared staff. The dishes are of quality, very good illustration of the waiter.

A refined restaurant in taste, service and quality of food. Everything is delicious and freshly prepared. Don't expect fast food service, but sit down and enjoy some good wine in the meantime, which is never lacking. Get advice, you won't regret it.

Il ristorante El Volt ci ha davvero conquistati. Il locale è intimo e accogliente, composto da piccole salette da 3-4 tavoli, che rendono l’atmosfera raccolta e piacevole. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il menù, non troppo ampio ma ben pensato, propone piatti che spaziano dal mare alla montagna, con materie prime di qualità e abbinamenti interessanti. Il personale è stato cortese e simpatico fin dall’inizio, con un servizio attento ma mai invadente. Non essendo esperti di vino, ci siamo affidati al maître per la scelta di una mezza bottiglia da abbinare al pasto: la sua proposta si è rivelata perfetta. Molto graditi anche gli entrée e il burro artigianale serviti a inizio cena, davvero deliziosi. Abbiamo diviso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi semplicemente eccezionale, poi proseguito con un primo di pesce (pasta con asparagi e gambero rosso) e un secondo di carne (manzo alla griglia con chips di patate, bacon croccante e salsa tipo “Mc”). Per concludere in dolcezza, una tenerina al cioccolato con sfere gelificate al caramello e salsa ai lamponi: originale e ben eseguita. Abbiamo speso 105€ in due, cifra più che giustificata dalla qualità dell’esperienza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una cena di livello in un ambiente raccolto e curato nei dettagli.
