AMAZING. I'm not sure what better here, the food or the service. We came without reservation (realy needed if u want to find a table), and despite that, the manager squeezed us in. The waitresses were just amazing and helpful and so kind and patient with the kids (also brought special cartoon plastic glasses for them). About the food- rich and plenty. Every need of us heard and been respected. And the tastes - unique and delicious. THANKS ! p.s came back after 3 years- all the same !!!

I was passing by and decided to stop. Good choice! Excellent first courses, I recommend the tagliatelle with ragù! Mascarpone cream to be praised! Great team, well organized! Hard to find young girls and boys who give themselves a go, compliments! I'll be back

A good restaurant. Good food, very attentive and courteous service, in a somewhat anonymous environment. Excellent quality/price ratio. I will return.

Pizza is outrageously good! And it has been like this for years, you have to like the very low pizza though, prices so low that it makes me believe I'm in 2000 as well as unfortunately the location which although a bit old fashioned is very well kept, clean and remains elegant. The girls who serve are very kind and as always the management is well done, the only small flaw is that they do not accept take-away reservations, you have to go directly to the place and wait, much less do they deliver but all this does not affect the 5 stars from my part. Convenient and large parking always available.

Everything really good, dumplings and sweet pizza at the top. Excellent service, we will return soon. I recommend going to eat there.

Fabulous first courses, extraordinary gnocco, tigelle with a soft and fluffy dough. If you want to eat very well and spend the right amount, I highly recommend it...

Back to the B&B after the Autopromotec Bologna fair, I ask for advice on where to eat in the evening. Loredana from the B&B il Roseto in Spilamberto recommends the sombrero for both pizza and Emilian cuisine. The name didn't inspire me... too Modenese. But my expectations were rewarded and exceeded. Tigelle and fried gnocco were truly exceptional. The cold cuts and especially the raw ham were excellent. The fresh vegetable dip opened my stomach. The stewed wild boar was among the best I've ever eaten. And since they were traveling with pizzas the size of a flying saucer...why not try it. A Margherita for 2. Crispy and tasty finish. Light and delicious. To finish, a dessert, zuppa inglese and tiramisu Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I told us that we would have to free the table by 9:00 PM. At 8:50 PM they told us that they had arranged something else and that we could eat in complete tranquility. So everything was great. Ah, we ate the pizza with our hands in our wallet. As is appropriate. We left a tip as usual where we feel good.

Colleagues' dinner Appetizer of fried dumplings and ham given to one out of two so service could be improved, excellent pizza but light as air and we can consider it an advantage even if it leaves you a little hungry, trifle light and substantially promoted.
