I chose the seasonal tagliata from the menu, and I have to say it was very, very good. I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 only for financial reasons: the price seemed a bit above average...but you have to pay for quality.

Everything is excellent, you have to try it to believe it!!!!

It's a no-no, there were seven of us, and it was hard to park because every car was jammed together, so if someone needed to leave, the waiter had to search the room to see who the owner was. It was very hot inside. The service needs updating; the girl with the ponytail between one shoe swipe and the next seemed simply annoyed with her work. It was during the week, so I can't imagine a weekend. I wouldn't go back.

PAJER is simply enchanting. It always has been, but today it has reached an even higher level. The new veranda, with its magnificent glass display, creates a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere: it's truly wonderful inside. Everything is stunning, from the overall decor to the imposing and beautiful Christmassy setting. The food at the table is truly divine. The cuisine is phenomenal, and you can clearly sense the care and attention to detail with which the products are treated, right up until they reach the table. The side dishes were exceptional: perfectly cooked Treviso radicchio and fantastic baked potatoes. A special round of applause goes to Federica and Rachele, who looked after us throughout the evening with professionalism, enthusiasm, and emotion. People like them make all the difference: I wish everyone in the restaurant industry could work with their passion. A big round of applause also goes to Marco and his entire family, for the genuine love and dedication they put into this extraordinary place. PAJER isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience that lasts.

Excellent lunch in a welcoming restaurant We went to Osteria Pajer in Treviso for lunch and had a wonderful time. The restaurant is very welcoming, with a warm atmosphere and attention to detail that makes the experience truly enjoyable. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and professional. We ordered first courses and a truly exceptional mixed grill. The quality of the ingredients and the perfect cooking won us over. Generous portions, authentic flavors, and a thoughtful, yet unobtrusive presentation. An excellent choice for those seeking traditional cuisine made with passion, in a relaxing and well-managed environment. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent service and wow, magnificent food!

A very pleasant experience! Super efficient and friendly staff, the place was spotlessly clean! A truly delightful lunch! We had a cheese and cured meat platter, a balsamic-veal steak, a mixed grill, and finally tiramisu and biscuits with mascarpone cream! Everything was exceptional. The price was right for the location and the quality of the food!

Always top-notch, you eat well for a fair price. The two of us had two starters, two desserts, a glass of wine, water, and two coffees. We spent €55, but the quality of the food was high.
