Excellent please surrounded by three major parks and an absolute peaceful area. Stay was extremely good.

We only stayed three nights at this property and they did an amazing job. Never had a problem. Everybody was helpful and the breakfast was so good!!! The lounge and gym were great also. Thanks for the amazing stay and can’t wait to stay again.

It’s a great hotel with good facilities. As a Bonvoy PE member you get free breakfast (just normal fare nothing much to shout about) and use the executive lounge. Happy hour 6-9pm. The service at the front desk is terrible. I had a broken arm and required assistance to bring my bags to my car. Front desk was the least helpful and I ended making multiple trips after checking out to take my bags now. Really bad experience and probably the worse I have had in a Bonvoy group hotel.

A good hotel, relatively quiet and with good public transport connections to the city center.

Excellent and clean, but far from the Duomo. I ordered an Uber from the hotel to the Duomo for 110 euros. A van for 6 people. The small car is possible for 40 and more depending on the type of car.

Location is good if u are here for a football game… like the one where Italy lost again.. service is good. Breakfast range is meh but once again, service is good.

Nulla da dire sul cibo, tutto buonissimo!! Ambiente perfetto... Peccato che ogni tanto si dimenticavano di portarci qualcosa di ordinato, pure e caffè ad esempio. Non me lo aspettavo da un locale così. Ma lo consiglio. Andateci..cibo top.

Sono un frequentatore da molti anni del locale gemello in via Carlo d’Adda che vuol dire carne di altissima qualità e servizio impeccabile ma questa volta insieme alla mia compagna decidiamo di provare l’esperienza della cena nella bolla, variante invernale che allestiscono nel giardino dell’hotel Sheraton. Che dire? Come da titolo è stata un’esperienza magica, le bolle sono addobbate con tutte le luci di natale e creano un’atmosfera davvero romantica e natalizia. Sono riscaldate al loro interno e la maggior parte sono per due persone. Il cibo ovviamente una garanzia, le empanadas molto buone e il filetto superbo anche se questa volta non hanno centrato molto la cottura richiesta, ma è la prima volta che mi capita. Servizio super informale ma professionale. In due non abbiamo speso neanche tantissimo, 100 euro a milano per un esperienza del genere è un prezzo davvero onesto. El Gaucho una garanzia, onore al nostro capitano nerazzurro Javier Zanetti!
