30/05/2026: Excellent roastery, very kind and knowledgeable owner. He roasts coffee based on his (very long) experience and his own taste. And he does so knowingly. So it's an excellent medium Italian roast (not the modern medium-light specialty type), which greatly enhances the chocolate, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, coconut, almond, etc. notes, and less so the floral/fruity ones. The coffee extraction is much easier than modern specialty coffees, and above all, it's more palatable for the Italians I serve coffee to at home. If I don't want to make a mistake, I use his blend, 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. For me, it's the most balanced blend and everyone loves it. Good selection, and I think the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. In my opinion, he roasts no one else; I think an espresso with his blend after lunch is irreplaceable. The Nicaragua is excellent (sweet, milk chocolate and hazelnut), if you make a cappuccino with this no one would add sugar, the Tanzania (obvious coconut/almond), the Colombia is the most intense, it makes a nice creamy espresso almost as if it were a blend, and the blend itself, in my opinion, is unbeatable in the "Italian blend" context.
08/05/2026: Definitely a very good choice. Besides the excellent coffee, Andrea, the shop's owner, is certainly not ordinary or unique. If you have any special needs or requests, his advice is there and will be helpful. Besides the coffee, which costs much less than other places, you can choose a single blend or a mix based on your needs. They have sweet and savory products, very unique, perhaps a little expensive, but of absolutely solid quality. You'll never be disappointed.
