El Pastée isn't just "your pasta shop," it's become a true go-to. In addition to preparing exceptional homemade pasta, with spectacular and always unique ravioli, they surprise me every week with healthy, balanced dishes prepared with selected, top-quality ingredients. The menu changes constantly, is always varied, creative, and top-notch: it's rare these days to find a place that manages to combine flavor, quality, and health in this way, with options that truly satisfy everyone, including excellent dishes designed for vegans and vegetarians. I truly have to thank them because, on a daily basis, they've "saved" me countless times, becoming my weekly go-to for... I can hardly say it, because it's been so many years! And let's face it: Christmas isn't Christmas without something from Pasté, and Sunday isn't Sunday without the touch of Pasté on the table. It's become a tradition, a taste of home, and a certainty that has never disappointed over the years. When you find passion, research, quality, and people who work with heart, you notice it right away. And el Pasté, from this point of view, is truly special.

Torrefazione Consolini

30/05/2026: Excellent roastery, very kind and knowledgeable owner. He roasts coffee based on his (very long) experience and his own taste. And he does so knowingly. So it's an excellent medium Italian roast (not the modern medium-light specialty type), which greatly enhances the chocolate, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, coconut, almond, etc. notes, and less so the floral/fruity ones. The coffee extraction is much easier than modern specialty coffees, and above all, it's more palatable for the Italians I serve coffee to at home. If I don't want to make a mistake, I use his blend, 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. For me, it's the most balanced blend and everyone loves it. Good selection, and I think the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. In my opinion, he roasts no one else; I think an espresso with his blend after lunch is irreplaceable. The Nicaragua is excellent (sweet, milk chocolate and hazelnut), if you make a cappuccino with this no one would add sugar, the Tanzania (obvious coconut/almond), the Colombia is the most intense, it makes a nice creamy espresso almost as if it were a blend, and the blend itself, in my opinion, is unbeatable in the "Italian blend" context.
08/05/2026: Definitely a very good choice. Besides the excellent coffee, Andrea, the shop's owner, is certainly not ordinary or unique. If you have any special needs or requests, his advice is there and will be helpful. Besides the coffee, which costs much less than other places, you can choose a single blend or a mix based on your needs. They have sweet and savory products, very unique, perhaps a little expensive, but of absolutely solid quality. You'll never be disappointed.
