Nice place, the food is good, but the cocktails aren't up to par. I went for an aperitif; I found the place welcoming, and I must say the service was fast and friendly. For an aperitif, I had a Spritz. Let's start with the positives: for aperitifs, they bring a generous tray of pizza slices/focaccias/savoury pies—no complaints there. Very good; after all, they're a bakery, so that's their strong point. Let's get to the sore point: the Spritz was awful; the Prosecco they used had probably been open for a long time, the bubbles were practically non-existent and tasted like "flat water." It's true that the core business is the bakery, but when it comes to aperitivos, it's not enough to just focus on the food; you also need to focus on the drinks: an aperitivo is a moment that combines drinks, food, and good company... I gave it 3 stars because I valued the overall experience and considering that it's essentially a bakery, if I had to rate just the spritz, I would have given it 2 stars. I don't know if I'll go back for aperitivos, but if I do, I'll definitely skip the cocktails and maybe opt for a beer (bottled because they don't have it on tap... ...after all, it's a bakery).

While strolling through Pavia, we stopped for an aperitivo. I must say, it surprised me. Excellent selection of platters and focaccias. The Spritz was very tasty and filling. The staff was attentive and courteous. I highly recommend it.

I went for breakfast, it was very good, the staff was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and well-stocked. The little girl was very sweet. I'll be back for an aperitif.
