Lunch break with freshly baked pizza, desserts, coffee. I was struck by how well we were treated, listened to, followed, even a little pampered! For us it remains a point of reference, with our colleagues in Piazza Massawa.

I tried several of their products, from sweet to savory. The quality is excellent, focaccias of all types and for all tastes as well as very original. The desserts are also delicious. Truly exceptional baked goods! I highly recommend, even eating them the next day the taste is the same

Regular customer who, unfortunately, has experienced the slow decay of this place, no more bread and other delicacies but seeing these kind and helpful collaborators abandoned is harmful. After several visits to this Panfè store, I can say with certainty that in terms of service staff we are not there at all, it is getting worse and worse. 15 minutes to pay for a coffee, another 5 to get it. With lots of dislike included. It's a problem that comes up over and over again in this place. Today's girl of a unique rudeness. I'm very sorry because it could be a good place but ruined by people who don't know how to work and pay zero attention to the customer. I hope I can change my mind one day update: as the sincere person that I am, I felt compelled to change my review and congratulate the manager for having paid attention to the care of the staff, which is clearly improving. I come every day, and I've witnessed a personal change with the addition of two really nice guys. The girls are also very friendly and helpful, you no longer have to wait an hour for a coffee!!
