A quiet evening! Finally, a place that lets you experience authenticity. If you want to escape the super-touristy areas of Florence, this is the place for you! The dishes are carefully prepared, originally from Peru (like the owner and waiter), all freshly made and of excellent quality. The flavors are sometimes different from ours, but not necessarily bad. The onion and spicy notes in some dishes really stand out! ☺️ The owner is very attentive to the dishes served and explains each one to you! Truly a wonderful discovery... congratulations! 👍🏽

Truly a wonderful experience!! Pablo welcomed us warmly and professionally and gave us excellent advice. It was an excellent dinner, and thanks to the dishes and the owner's passion, we learned so much about Peru. All the courses were excellent: the mixed appetizer, the rice, and the ceviche, all accompanied by Cuesquena, the Peruvian beer. The expertly prepared fish is generous in the dishes, as are the portions. Highly recommended, also for the authenticity that permeates this place.

17/10/2025: If you're craving a real pizza, this is the place to be. At Santarpia, you only get pizza—there's no restaurant—but you always leave satisfied. Unfortunately, despite all the awards it's received for its quality, the place is always crowded and noisy. Sometimes, even if you want to talk to your neighbor, you have to shout to be heard. The staff is qualified. The prices are reasonable. Parking is easy to find in the area. It's always best to reserve a spot.
