An unexpected surprise, I have always lived in this area but had never tried this super typical place. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the users during the week are almost 100% South American and this immediately made me realize that I was in a truly authentic place. The environment is informal and essential, ideal for fully enjoying the meal without frills. The food is delicious, the portions generous and the service fast. The menu of the day is cheap and satisfying. I will definitely come back

Nice place serving Ecuadorian cuisine. Not very easy to locate from the street as the entrance to the restaurant is located a little inside at the end of a very short road which is between another restaurant and a petrol station. The place inside is very spacious and enlivened by the inevitable background of South American music. You can enjoy different types of fish or meat dishes all in generous portions. I recommend accompanying the meal with their blackberry, passion fruit and coconut juices. The meal can be concluded with excellent desserts. I recommend booking for dinner, also keeping in mind that the kitchen service closes quite early (9.30pm and on certain evenings at 9pm, check their website.

If you are in Milan and want to taste good Latin food, you should not miss Mama Juana. That shrimp locrion is exquisite.

It was such a treat to go to el ídolo! The food was amazing and the encebollado was the star of our meal. It was very authentic experience. I felt I was Guayaquil for a little bit of time. If you have the opportunity I recommend you going on Sunday because they make special dishes like guatita, bollo and cazuela.

Everything is ok but the price has increased. Every time I go I pay more, this is strange, isn't it?

The food is really good but unfortunately the owner is rude and they won't make you pay less than €20 with the debit card even if you pay they add €2 in commissions

Good quality ethnic food in a calm environment. The only flaw is that you don't arrive at rush hour.
